Called mccutcheon, they had a unit sitting on a trailer in my yard by the time I got home from work, and had it installed by about noon the next day, which included some additional work installing a new thermostat and running a new floor register. All working mostly outside on the coldest day we've had in years! They weren't the lowest estimate I got (not the highest either), but everyone I know who'd dealt with them was happy and they carried Trane. He was at my house in less than fifteen minutes. Mike was incredible. Too bad I can't give a zero. They were contacted to come and service my upstairs A/C. They never…read morecalled me, I had to call them. around 3 in the afternoon, on Friday, 2 Technician's helpers showed up with no tools, just a meter. The made some checks and determined my system was "out of Freon." They left about 3:30pm. They were closed for the weekend. My house is burning up. On Monday I called them and they said someone would be out that afternoon. House is getting hotter. On Tuesday I called back and they said it would be Wednesday before they would be back. I made some calls, and was able to get someone to come out. They found my system was 2lb low on Freon. Serviced my system, house is fine at 74 Deg. I called Lovelace back and fired them. They don't care about the customer. They don't treat you like your business is important to them. The lady I talked to was very nonchalant the whole time I dealt with them. Do yourself a favor and find a good company that treats the customer right.
