People on phone site were friendly and helpful, plenty of stones to choose from in a variety of patterns and colors. There was some confusion over whether an item marked "sold" actually was (spoiler alert: it wasn't) so make sure to ask if you like a particular one even if it's marked (especially given the stone deliveries come infrequently). Brian and the installer crew were punctual, friendly, careful and meticulous (as was the initial measurement and selection of stone sections for the parts of the kitchen for best effect). Clearly these guys knew what they were doing, and it showed. That said we are a detail-oriented house and noticed (over time) some small issues (a small seam that needed some revision as well as a stain left by a silicone drain mat (advice: don't use them if you have white stone)). Suffice to say Brian returned three times, listened, was friendly and made the needed changes. The company really stands behind their work which is both rare and very appreciated. He had a wide variety of high quality carpet options and was patient while we looked at various choices. There was no pressure to make a decision that day, but we reached out a few days after to confirm our choice and book an install date. He texted me with a reminder a few days out from the install, and he and his team showed up on time. Within a few hours, the carpet was beautifully installed. We had considered doing this project ourselves, but it's clear that we would not have been able to achieve the level of craftsmanship of Marty's team. They restored our Merton Gershun Accord bedroom set, which we sourced from different vendors. The nightstands, dresser, and mirror were in decent shape, but the headboard was in a bit rougher shape. Now every single piece looks cohesive, flawless, and honestly better than we ever imagined. We also brought them a 1969 Lane coffee table we found on Facebook Marketplace. He put them in but did not show me till after that he had to remove some wood pieces on side to get the hinges to fit. It looks bad but will look better when I stain exposed areas. My one major complaint is that one door is perfect and closes well. The other door is slightly off - when I close it rubs against the side of the dresser. In closing it has actually "shaved" off some of the wood on the door. I will have to sand the door to keep it from rubbing on the side of the dresser

They were very fair as far as price, too- there were a lot of people charging a lot more for less detailed estimates. He explained what we could expect from day one through completion of the project, which made it really easy to manage our expectations about when we would be able to use our (only!) shower again. We went to their showroom and Heath guided us through the tile picking process, which initially seemed overwhelming but he made enjoyable.
