I asked for pizzas to be put in and ready around 5:45. It wasn't until 6:15 that I received my pizzas. I ordered an extra pizza and it was delivered to the other party and wasn't caught until I asked our attendant. 2. All of the attractions were closed with the exception of the go karts and the 3-D theater. We had the 6 attractions included in our party package. When I spoke to the lead regarding my frustrations she claimed that all attractions were open earlier in the day. It doesn't help when you have a party later in the day. My party went out to the boats and there was no attendant. When asked about the bumper cars, we were told they do not work and there was no staff to help with that attraction. It would have been nice to know that the attractions were going to be closed 3.The lead refused to give me her name when asked and was very rude towards me. 4. The floor and the back counter were disgusting when we arrived for a party. There was frosting all on the counter. Our attendant was nice and I did not feel out the questionnaire truthfully and regards to cleanliness. She was occupied with the other party which required me to seek her out for refills/wristbands/etc.

The team is a family run operation with Jason being the head coach (also a semi-pro racer) and Maria handling all the logistics. I booked an arrive & drive session for their 100cc kart at Sonoma Raceway and the entire experience far exceeded my expectations. The kart was in immaculate condition and fine tuned specifically to my build; I met with them a week in advance to do measurements to ensure proper fitment, which was a first for me. Jason and his crew were giving me solid advice throughout the day, answered all my questions, and even gave in-depth guidance on taking the next steps with purchasing my own kart. You can absolutely see the care and passion they have for this sport and how they want to help you progress into a better driver. Although their main focus is driver development through SIM training, they are truly devoted to helping you grow as a driver and ensure you have a fun time.

Tonight he did the same thing with my kids and nieces and nephews and I heard he went above and beyond for another customer too. Honestly, not only being super on point as an employee for everything that we needed but then to go above and beyond like that is something we don't see in the service world very often and this guy needs to get some big time recognition. We have already made plans for the next time we go back and I really hope it's in a night that he works. Very good memories have been made because of his care and big heart.

It was loud like a lawn mower and slow to start and ultra low on torque - from a standstill couldn't get over a little bump. The food surprisingly was good and the young adult staff were friendly throughout. Unlimited passes are a good purchase but it was tuff to find someone to man the laser tag latter in the day when nobody is interested in playing laser tag anymore. But overall the boys enjoyed their time here.

There were so many activities for the kids to enjoy, including bowling, laser tag, and a great playground area. Everyone had an amazing time. Very disappointed in our visit. First of all, all of the social media posts we see about this…read moreplace, shows adults going down the slides with their children. We were informed that adults are NOT allowed on the second story of the play structure and cannot accompany our child on the slides. Our 21 month old had to stay on the first floor the whole visit. She started getting upset that we wouldn't allow her to follow the other kids up to the slides. I asked an employee why we couldn't go down the slides with our daughter and she said per new ownership, they changed the rules. Except recent videos (as of today) on social media of people advertising this place show adults going down the slides. We also witnessed adults walking around the top floors with their kids and going down the slides. It seems that the rules aren't applicable to everyone. Tons of balls in the ball pit were deflated, the ball cannon shooters were not working and that's pretty much all there is to do if you stay on the ground floor. Older kids can play in the ball pit and it's simply way too small for that. My daughter was terrified of the older kids running and jumping into the pit around her. It was a rainy day outside and very crowded. I asked one of the floor workers if she could turn on the giant overhead fan to help move some air around since it was very muggy and warm and she said she had to ask the owner first. She even admitted she was getting hot as well. 20 minutes went by and it was never turned on. I guess it doesn't work? Not sure why you need to ask the owner for permission to turn on a fan. The layout could use a little rearranging. It's a cool concept, just not executed nearly as well as others with the same idea. For the price, $40-ish for two adults to accompany their toddler, it's absolutely not worth it. We won't be returning. Also keep in mind, if you order tickets and sign the waiver ahead of time, you'll still have to wait in line behind people who didn't. Just one person in front of us with one child took 15 minutes to buy their tickets and sign the waiver. Once we were checked in which took less than 5 minutes, the line was out the door. There are also no lockers to safely put your belongings in, just open cubby's.
