I can't imagine they normally only have one person preparing all of the food on a normal Saturday evening! It took no less than 45 minutes from when we ordered to get our food. Some olives or something would have been nice. My mom also had to wait 15 mins for her 2nd glass of wine. I'll tell you, we weren't going to order anything else after that! There was some really nice classical guitar music by a live musician. I tipped him on our way out. After we left, we noticed a $5 entertainment charge! Is this a norm in Colorado? We can always count on the Pourhouse for a great meal and they have a great offering of on tap beers and the bar itself is very well stocked and gives you the selection of just about anything that you want. I was there on Tuesday night, so it was a little slow in addition they're dealing with some street construction which is probably had a huge effect on them. But the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was spot on and they happen to have some of my favorite beers on top as well so all in all it's a home run for sure.
