Warren was a great help to. When I purchased the vehicle it had a slight squeak. was told that is normal in Jeeps me and my husband did not think much of it. However in coming months the noise got really bad, made an appointment with the Jeep dealership owned by Cochran in Natrona heights. After arriving the service tech came out to the jeep pushed down on it and said yes that is not normal. He also told me that my jeep was out of warranty and I would probably be looking at about 45-90 dollars. If anymore he would let me know. After taking the jeep apart they found the issue and stated it was an arm control that goes into the bushing and the passenger side is worse than the drivers side. He quoted me the price to fix of 301.00. I stated to him I really do not think that it is fair for me to pay for something that had already started to be an issue when I purchased the vehicle. He asked me were I purchased the vehicle and I told him Monroeville Cochran. He said he would call over there and talk to someone and see what he could do. After speaking with the big manager from Monroeville, he told me that Monroeville is going to cove the expense to fix not one of the arm controls but both. That to me was a blessing and shows me that Cochran really does care about their customers and goes above and beyond to make them happy, I really appreciate the great customer service this type of service gives a business returning customers and customers recommending them to go to Cochran to purchase a vehicle. To top it off, we found out that they were video recording our conversations without my permission, which we found quite unsettling. It's now been three months since we canceled those warranties, and we still haven't received any refunds. We've sent numerous emails and made several phone calls, but we haven't heard back from anyone. It's been incredibly disappointing, and we would urge others to steer clear of this dealership.

There was a little pulsating in the steering wheel when I applied the breaks. Z said no worries we will take care of this. I bought the car right then and then took it to my mechanic. Saw a few little minor things and I told Z and he sent me the money to repair. Not only that , I had then to take the car to a notary that was a few miles away and the notary also said how wonderful they were to deal with. Good guys she said. While I was there another customer was there also buying a car. He said he had purchased 3 cars from them. I said I was concerned about buying a car from a used car dealer. The description on their page stated "very clean car". So I decided to check out the vehicle the next day. Arrived the following day. They have a bunch of "wow" and "awe" vehicles (H1 Hummer, Lifted 4x4's, Police interceptors, WS6's, LT1 wagons) all of which were overpriced but cool to look at nonetheless. After looking around we found a salesman up front and he showed us the car, which was around a building in the back. The car was in very poor condition, even for a 2004, trim pieces horribly faded, dents/dings on hood and doors, front bumper scraped, rear suspension rusted (volvos rarely rust), drivers leather seat cracking and extremely worn with a burn hole through it, center console lid broke. This was all observed within like 2 mins. Popped the hood and it looked like it sat in the desert for the last decade. Obviously told the guy I wasn't even going to make an offer. He scoffed at me and said he'll sell it. I was just really confused why they would put very clean car in the description, seriously makes me second guess their entire inventory. Update: their rebuttal to my review solidifies that they are deceptive and overpriced, avoid this dealer!

Bruce did a nice job explaining the history of the vehicle and I purchased the car without putting eyes on it as I live near St. Louis , I did have a friend near Pittsburg take a look at the car. There were a few things that didn't work as the car is 31 years old, however in great shape with only 23k miles. Bruce shared that information with me and the dealership was easy to negotiate with over the phone and included delivery to my home in the price.
