Always inspect the car in person & open the radiator to make sure there is no oil mixed with the coolant. Check ground under car for any sign of oil/fluid stains. The car I bought from this dealership came with a blown head gasket, and suspension and exhaust issues that cost me around $10,000 to repair. Buyer beware.

I noticed that despite being across a bridge, this dealership was actually not that much of a trek to get to, and bonus--they offer pickup/dropoff service within 10 miles (provided it's not rush hour). Everyone I dealt with was very professional, from the assistants at the service desks to the gentleman who drove me home to the service member (Brian) who called me to give me updates on my car's progress. Not only did the service team take care of the manufacturer issues in a timely fashion, but they also fixed an electronic issue with my USB port (no charge), and gave me a heads up that my inspection was due soon (and didn't try to sell me on them doing the inspection). I will happily take my car here for any future Ford-mandated fixes!
