He picked a light beige color, and each guy spent almost $700 on getting their custom suits made. When we received the suits we could not believe our eyes. They are PAPER thin, and COMPLETELY SEE THROUGH. The cheapest feeling suit we had ever felt. All of our groomsmen are upset that they paid this much money for this quality of suit (see attached pictures of how see through these are). You can see underwear (even white and tan pairs we tried...)leg hair, and even all the seams and pockets through these pants. These pants become even more see though when outside in the sun and natural lighting (and we are having an outdoor wedding) When brought to the store and showed to the employee, he agreed the suits were super see through and almost impossible to wear. He instructed my fiancé to leave his suit at the store so his manager could take a look at it. 5 days went by and we never heard from them. We happened to call back, and they said there was nothing they could do because they have a no return or exchange policy. Now all of our groomsmen are stuck with $700 see through suits, and have to wear different black pants anyways so that we don't see everyone's underwear at the wedding. Also, my fiancé brought his suit jacket in to get his pocket flaps sewn and tucked in on the front of the jacket like he originally asked for when ordering. They also offered to press and steam the jacket for him while they had it. Well, it appears they steamed the jacket BEFORE tucking and sewing the pocket flaps. So now the pocket flaps are not there anymore, but a permanent indentation of them is. Please do not go here for your wedding suits. Especially not for light colors. They have ruined our vision for the Grooms side of the wedding, and my fiancé does not feel confident in his suit at all. (that he and all his groomsmen paid $700 for) Buying from Indochino is by far our biggest hassle and regret in wedding planning.

It's mostly in the pattern or cut of the fabric. They are more square or boxy in their cut instead of tapered or shaped. I took my 3 shirts and two pants back 3xs to be remade and altered. I will give them credit for not charging me for the alternations . But even after the 3rd try the cloths still do not reflect a tailored look nor fit well. I wasted several hundred on them. I think for shirts you would be better off finding shirts that fit your collar and shoulders and have it tailored then waste your times and money here. For the pants the pockets flair out large enough for someone else to reach in and grab your wallet. This was a huge waste of time and money. One last comment, the clothing and tailoring is missing the attention to detail. It is detail that distinguish a well tailored shirt...they do not have it. Save your money and go somewhere else.

They had a back clearance area and there were signs up to 70% off. I asked and worker said it was all 70% off. For some weird reason their clothes are extremely big. I normally wear a large and I fit into a medium sweater and extra small shirt. Another inconvenience for staff is to reopen locked fitting rooms constantly. Sorry it had to happen 3 times. I did get a sweater and 2 shirts for $48. I also used my son's military id to save 10%. The store wasn't busy and the young staff was super friendly. Definitely recommend!
