When I asked if the name may have been entered incorrectly, she checked again and still found nothing. I even showed her the phone number I called, and while she confirmed it was correct, she insisted she had been the only one working all day and had not taken any such order. Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. I left hungry after expecting my order to be ready, and there was no effort made to resolve the issue.

Ordering was easy and staff were helpful. Food was ready to go quickly. I didn't stay to eat, but the space looks like it could be very enjoyable with plenty of outdoor style seating. I ordered ribs and brisket with a side of coleslaw and tater tots. The servings were VERY generous. I was surprised at the weight of the bag. Tater tots beat expectations for a MN boy, and coleslaw was quite good. Ribs were fall-off the bone, if that is what you are looking this is for you. Me? I am looking for a little "tug" on my ribs. Even though they were falling off the the bone, they were surprisingly dry. Brisket rub was unique and delicious. The brisket on the other hand was so dry I needed liquid to get it down. This is the second time I have visited TSG. The first was shortly after they opened and my memory was that it wasn't for me. This visit confirmed it.

Even two days later everyone is still talking about how awesome it was!! Not only was the food terrific, but Pete is a class act! Due to lack of communication on my part, my daughter over paid by almost double since I wasn't there. Pete called and informed me she overpaid him and returned the money. Stand up guy! I will definitely be ordering with Big Belly Barbeque in the future, as well as many of my guests!!!

My favorite were the mango habanero, perfectly spicy. The wings were all cooked to perfection. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Someone was busy washing the windows. I don't know if it was because we were the first people at opening or what the challenge was, but the meats and the beans were cold. When we inquired about the cold meats the waitress indicated that the meats were in the warmer. We advised her that, whatever the case, the food was cold as if they had come from the cooler. She "replaced" the chicken with the same cold piece of chicken. When asked the waitress if she could simply warm the food in the microwave she declined and said there was nothing else they could do since the food was already in the warmer. The meats were clearly not fresh cooked/smoked. The brisket was the fattiest piece we have ever been served, with cold and congealed fat. This is the fourth time eating at BW's this year, and it is by far the worst BBQ I have ever had. And unfortunately the restaurant didn't seem to care. Sad to say, we will not be returning to this restaurant.
