The hair is different than the typical freetress deep wave but still passion twist hair. By the end of the style I was given small sized parts and medium/ medium-large sized twists. It wasn't until I reached out expressing concern that the braided told me she was aware and used larger amounts of hair for my ENTIRE head -- hence the medium/ medium large sized twists. The braider went with her own judgement without consulting me and gave me a completely different style that is extremely heavy and bulky. Consult the client instead of doing as you please. I regret coming and now have to pay for a new hairstyle Update 8/17. 3 days after service. My hair is coming out of every twist. One of the twists in the front has come out completely. This is so frustrating and unprofessional. Despite the size difference the quality of the twists is extremely low. This quality should call for more than a partial refund or partial redo.
