I simply wanted to exchange them to another pair of shoes to use them to exercise not to walk like this too. She doesn't know how to treat a client and I'm reporting this Store. My . You go there to make a purchase with your own money, not to beg them for service only to have them come over with attitude; if they don't like their job, they should just quit! The color selection now is sherbets for spring but try and find shorts w/ tees and tanks in basics? You can't! Try calling the store and getting a live person to pick up? You won't! On a positive note: they still hem their overly long items for FREE! So I guess they are fine with allowing Vuori and Alo to take over their share of the market since they seem to be backing out of it through these cost cutting measures? It says that I have to ask an associate for the right pair which is fine but asking the associate was being told to go downstairs to get the right pair so that means I have to go downstairs stand in line ask for the right shoe just so I can try it on to see if it fits. I don't know about most people, but typically you need to try on a couple pairs of shoes walking up and down those stairs just to get the second pair doesn't make any sense to me. I walked out immediately. The savings are about $10. I think I'll spend the extra $10 for the convenience at the mall or online.

Same basic problem: the folding issue. Everything on the shelves is impeccably folded to a line. I very carefully (because I know how much the employees hate customers who tamper with their folds) eased a T-shirt off a very perfectly folded stack and the stack lost its perfect look. Then I accidentally brushed my elbow on another stack of nearby T's which caused an unfortunate crease on the one on top. The saleslady who hovered next to me during this mishap, perhaps in an effort to make it clear how much time they put into folding clothes at their job, took both piles of shirts off the shelf and made me wait with my items while she perfected the shirts' folds. After my daughter and I waited on her (no that's not a typo), she then announced she was now ready to ring me up at the register. This is and has been a continuous problem at this location. I hope management considers a workshop for the employees on quality and professional customer service. Making a customer wait with their items while you fold clothes is unacceptable and rude. This can and should be done after you've finished sale transactions. If I didn't like the actual James Perse clothing so much I'd truly never go back. Customers spending $400 on three T-shirts should be treated at a much higher standard.

It's slightly dark & 'edgy' but not enough that it would scare your grandma out. They leave that up to the groups of high schoolers aimlessly roaming the store in packs. They make it tough to move around as they'll just hang out in a section goofing off. You want to look around that area? Too bad. They're not even going to acknowledge your presence there. I ended up leaving shortly after coming in as I knew it wouldn't be worth my time. It seems like, at least for the men's inventory, they have a few of several styles, but not a ton of variety. I hope the women's section has better variety but I can't speak for that. I just know their men's swim section was tiny & their section of currently hip (read: overpriced) t-shirts was big. I guess my days of shopping at Tilly's have passed. Maybe one day I can pass the cap off to one of my kids.

I then started walking to their sunglasses since I saw the Oakley sign but didn't see any of Oakley sunglasses in their display. I check out a couple of their tshirts and they had some nice one like Wolverine. They carry backpacks here as well but it's all behind the counter so you'll have to ask someone for help. They have the kids or boys clothing toward the back of the store and also the fitting room as well. The prices will vary here so if you don't like it then just shop elsewhere or see if you can find it cheaper at another store in the mall. They also carry Stanley cups here as well.
