I've been to this location a couple times and I've never really had anything bad to say. The food is decent and I usually tend to stick to getting burgers from this spot. I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak Burger and a chili cheese dog (never tried it so wanted to check it out) I saw the cook through the drive thru window handling my Philly burger buns and all the fixings for it without gloves and did not at any point stop and wash his hands while bouncing around touching everything else. Don't get me wrong the Philly burger was good. I love that burger especially with the cheese they use BUT I didn't like the fact that he was touching everything around him and then handling my food without a hand wash or gloves. I used to go to Tommy's at 230 N San Jacinto which their pastramis are out of this world Id compare them to the Hat but I just moved to the west side of Hemet so I went to this Tommy's here and their pastrami sandwich is the worst so greasy that when you pick it up to eat it the bread just falls apart. It doesn't taste good at all. I won't be back. If you want a good pastrami go to Tommy's at 230N San Jacinto in Hemet. The sandwich also is bigger and more for your money. read more

The young guy I can only assume is the owners son gave my 5 year old granddaughter dirty looks for sitting with his daughter who was around the same age After he came back out and sneered at my granddaughter AGAIN.he took his daughter to the office in the back. While inside a customer spilt his coffee and they were quick to respond to cleaning it up and making him not feel guilty about it and I can appreciate that. I came in around 11 and it was a little busy but it didn't seem like it wasn't anything the crew could handle cause they were moving ! They have a drive thru here and it wasn't clear to me cause I didn't see any sign about it outside. The food was alright. I ordered a house omelette that came with hash browns that I feel was undercooked. It sucks that my omelette was a mess but nonetheless I ate it. My onion rings had no taste tho it was humongous. My spouse had the chili cheese fries with pastrami and KILT his plate. I also ordered a double cheeseburger combo and the burger is FRICKEN HUGE lol I am unable to finish it. Honestly I keep coming back to the burgers easily one of Hemets top burger spots, usually order between three options which are all three solid; those would be The Cheeseburger, Bacon Cheeseburger and The Double Cheeseburger. I love the fries and onion rings too, always seasoned right and I haven't had any overdone ones yet, must get ranch with any of the sides goes too well with them to pass up, the service is quick and they make the food to order from what I've seen, and the inside is usually pretty clean and not too noisy. read more

My husband ordered 2 pastrami chili cheese burgers and they gave plain pastrami burgers with no chili and no cheese! My husband gets back with the food and realizes they gave him the wrong items! We had the family burger combo. It was good minus how much sauce they dump on the burgers. So much so that your bun falls apart and gets soggy. The employees were nice. Reason not 5 stars is because our burger was mush before we could even finish it and they don't tell the homeless to get away from the doors. When we walked out 2 homeless men were sitting there hunched over high on something. I get they seem to be everywhere now. I've been coming here for the past five years, always just drive through, but today, for the first time, I came to dine in. My daughter saw a roach in her drink and made her vomit on the floor. We informed the cashier about the roach in the drink, so we asked to switch to closed-cap drink. The cashier dared to ask me to clean up the floor when in the first place my daughter vomited due to the roach in her drink that came from their drinking machine. We never received an apology, but instead a confrontational conversation with a family member. They got mad because my husband told them how dare they ask me to clean the floor. If I had read their reviews in the past, I would have never become a customer and spent hundreds of dollars over the past 5 years. I will never return to eat or drink roaches. read more

Absolutely awful. I sat in line for 43 min in the drive thru for this? Given that my order was not just for one person but for 5, but I could have had it delivered with less stress but t probably would have been more messed up than it was. I ordered a bacon and egg breakfast sandwich, a sourdough burger, a pastrami sandwich, 2 chocolate milk shakes, a small order of fries and a fish combo with cheese. Alot of food..I get it.....but for the amount of money, not to mention the time I waited it should have been right. Instead of my correct order I got a bacon, lettuce tomato sandwich with Mayonnaise (Instead of just the bacon and egg breakfast sandwich) the sourdough burger bread was so wet I got home I threw it away and just toasted bread out of my pantry. My sons fish sandwich had no cheese (which I paid extra for) the zuchinni was burnt (and there was no ranch which I specifficaly asked for and was assured would be in the bag,, and the fries were raw. Long story short save your money. I spent upwards of 58 dollars to get home and be so disappointed by the quality of the food the service of the staff and just the overall value for your dollar.
