I've been to this location a couple times and I've never really had anything bad to say. The food is decent and I usually tend to stick to getting burgers from this spot. I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak Burger and a chili cheese dog (never tried it so wanted to check it out) I saw the cook through the drive thru window handling my Philly burger buns and all the fixings for it without gloves and did not at any point stop and wash his hands while bouncing around touching everything else. Don't get me wrong the Philly burger was good. I love that burger especially with the cheese they use BUT I didn't like the fact that he was touching everything around him and then handling my food without a hand wash or gloves. I used to go to Tommy's at 230 N San Jacinto which their pastramis are out of this world Id compare them to the Hat but I just moved to the west side of Hemet so I went to this Tommy's here and their pastrami sandwich is the worst so greasy that when you pick it up to eat it the bread just falls apart. It doesn't taste good at all. I won't be back. If you want a good pastrami go to Tommy's at 230N San Jacinto in Hemet. The sandwich also is bigger and more for your money. read more

I ordered a house omelette that came with hash browns that I feel was undercooked. It sucks that my omelette was a mess but nonetheless I ate it. My onion rings had no taste tho it was humongous. My spouse had the chili cheese fries with pastrami and KILT his plate. I also ordered a double cheeseburger combo and the burger is FRICKEN HUGE lol I am unable to finish it. My husband ordered 2 pastrami chili cheese burgers and they gave plain pastrami burgers with no chili and no cheese! My husband gets back with the food and realizes they gave him the wrong items! Honestly I keep coming back to the burgers easily one of Hemets top burger spots, usually order between three options which are all three solid; those would be The Cheeseburger, Bacon Cheeseburger and The Double Cheeseburger. Reason not 5 stars is because our burger was mush before we could even finish it and they don't tell the homeless to get away from the doors. I've been coming here for the past five years, always just drive through, but today, for the first time, I came to dine in. My daughter saw a roach in her drink and made her vomit on the floor. We informed the cashier about the roach in the drink, so we asked to switch to closed-cap drink. The cashier dared to ask me to clean up the floor when in the first place my daughter vomited due to the roach in her drink that came from their drinking machine. We never received an apology, but instead a confrontational conversation with a family member. They got mad because my husband told them how dare they ask me to clean the floor. If I had read their reviews in the past, I would have never become a customer and spent hundreds of dollars over the past 5 years. I will never return to eat or drink roaches. read more
