I ordered pozole and albóndigas. I get home I start eating my albóndigas first. When my husband serves himself it's menudo. My receipt & the container it's in says pozole. I call, the cashier says the cooks not sure if he served pozole or menudo. I said it's definitely menudo. She offers a refund or new soup. I asked my husband he said no I'm hungry I'll just eat some of your soup. I said refund, she then says we will refund you when you bring the soup back. What? Are you going to throw it back in the pot? You're going to throw it away but yeah I'll stop eating dinner to bring it back. We are faithful to this taqueria but now we will be going somewhere else. Remember who your customers are & who supports your business. Your customer service definitely needs work. read more

I was hungry and craving takeout but couldn't decide where to go. When I want Mexican food nearby, I always choose El Ranchito. Their rolled tacos, nachos, and burritos are my go-to options--consistently delicious! I recommend calling ahead since they can have a bit of a wait if you order in person. I usually call, and by the time I arrive (within 15 minutes), my order is ready. Super convenient! Don't skip their salsas--they have about 8 to choose from, and each one adds something special to the meal. My best friend and I stopped in on Sunday June 22nd! We ordered chicken enchiladas, 2 shredded beef tacos and 2 fish tacos! Everything was delicious! It was very clean and the service was great. Place was nice and clean. Was feeling a breakfast burrito...one of the best breakfast burritos I've ever had. Definitely 9/10 if it was a little bit bigger would've justified the price more. However everyone was nice and I gotta say this might be the only thing Hemet has going for it. read more

One of our favorite places to go but I just could not give them 5 stars and this is why... Lately the service is really lacking. There is just too much flirting going on between the cooks and the ladies behind the counter which is delaying getting the orders prepared and out to the customers . You call in an order to go and then arrive to pick it up and then it's another wait once you arrive because the cooks are flirting and not cooking. Just too much fraternizing between the employees. I hope the owner reads this review. It's a great clean place with great food. I hate to see them lose business because of the problem with the chatty employees. read more

We order from here a bit more than I'd like to admit so I figured I would leave a review! We mostly order ahead for takeout but have dined in a few times as well. The place is always clean, especially the salsa bar, I see the girls wiping up the mess patrons make immediately. The young women up front are very kind and helpful. As for the food, like anywhere, it depends on what you order. We especially like their burritos, rolled taquitos, and crunchy tacos. When we're craving street tacos or nachos, we usually head over to Taqueria Rancho Grande (where the service and salsa aren't as good in my opinion). I do wish they had better vegetarian options for when I have friends in town. Twice we have used them for catering (ordering a week ahead and picking up) and I am always so impressed by what they set you up with! Tongs and serving utensils for each item! When we were visiting the area we found this place and you can never go wrong with their California Breakfast Burrito. Unfortunately, this is the only food I tried, I would love to try other menu but with how big serving they have one burrito is enough. Place was neat and has a good setup. I stopped here for a quick breakfast bite before my hike up to the San Bernardino forest. I was pleasantly impressed by the kitschy Mexican decor that put a smile on my face. Used to love this place when it first opened and have come here many, many times. I stopped coming here because when you walk in today the girls behind the counter just stare at you, you have to greet them instead of them doing their job and greeting you. No smiles, no "thank you" and when you say "thank you" to them do you think they say "you're welcome" back? Of course not. Because they're all 12 years old and don't have the slightest inkling about what good customer service is. The food is ok, the staff are clueless and act like theyre doing you a favor by taking your order. Maybe management will get a clue one day and train their employees to treat their customers right. Until then, there are better, friendlier and cheaper taco shops further down Florida. read more

They are absolutely professional and with professionalism hand out their completed masterpieces with ear and with rapidity when it's crowded. There is no other place like it around. Clean, They Glean and their cooks cook food that's mean. Mean in taste and flavor. Not to mention, they have the best salsas of every type. And if you're alone and waiting, you can sit and enjoy a beverage or beer of your choice. It's my favorite of the entire area of Hemet and Valle Vista. Great social distancing in play. The food: had the supremo $10 carne asada burrito and I'll have to pass next time; not much beef in it. The food needs more protein/beef in it as well as better seasoning. Awesome and amazing. I walked into the bathroom at this establishment and mymoth dropped. There bathroom is immaculate. Listen ya all , that is how I judge resurants. If thr bathroom is filty so must the kitchen be. Wait you all. That is Not all. The food is great. We come all the way from here., even though fuel is so high, to eat hete. Today we ordered a taco each and ordered crevices to go. The ladies at the front counter are very attentive, friendly and helpful. I'm nosey . I even talked to the chefs about the bathroom and was told the girls are responsible for the bathroom. The whole place is clean and presentable. I love this place and keep coming back.
