I showed up to wash my car and there was a long line. One of the workers came over to my car and informed me that the machine wasn't working. He said they were trying to fix it but he wasn't sure when it would be fixed. Needless to say I had to leave. The 3rd time I tried to wash my car but when I pulled up the reader couldn't read my license plate. I pushed the help button but nobody came to help. I continued to push the button but still nobody came to help. All the cars were in line and the machines couldn't read anyone's license plate. We all had to back out so we could leave because nobody came to help. As I was leaving one of the workers came out of the office and made it seem we were bothering him. I don't know his name but he told me on the first day that he was a trainer. I'm beginning to think I made a mistake switching to bubble bath. Because on top of all that when the wash is working it still misses some spots and doesn't completely dry my car. They really need to do something before more people start leaving

He offered to charge me $200 in CASH, which I agreed to under the circumstances. However, when I asked for my gift card back, he said the price included the gift card -- meaning they would keep the $250 gift card and charge' me $200 cash, which was never explained upfront and extremely misleading. I would not have agreed to the transaction if I had been told the business would keep the gift card entirely. WhenI voiced my dismay, he told to pay nothing and never go back. Given the disappointing experience, poor detailing, and questionable business practices, I have absolutely no desire to return. Abstain from purchasing their gift cards.

The car wash was alright, but not…read moreworth the 234 they charged me, because after getting the engine cleaned my check engine light showed up. I had just gotten my car serviced a few days ago. Everything was perfectly fine at the dealership and now there's a check engine light on and who knows how much that is going to cost me to fix up. Unfortunately I can't do anything about it because I already signed the waiver. I recommend this company either stop offering that engine cleaning option or people just avoid this place all together.
