That's ok, am sitting in the shade outside waiting and writing this review so it's all good. They offer free cold Ozarka water which is a nice touch. You are right next door to Chick-fil-A so it's nice if you are in the mood for Chicken. Does anyone else find it hard to put their car in neutral then release the brake ??? My car wasn't even excessively dirty--we normally have it professionally detailed once a month at another location. We only decided to try this place because it was closer to our home, and unfortunately, that was a mistake. To make matters worse, it was around 100 degrees outside and approximately 87 degrees inside the building because their A/C wasn't working. On top of the uncomfortable conditions, the gentleman I dealt with was incredibly rude and provided some of the worst customer service I've experienced. For $135, I expected a properly detailed vehicle and, at minimum, respectful customer service. I received neither. We definitely will not be returning.

The new manager Manuel was so friendly and helpful in explaining how a monthly plan to keep my second largest asset clean was a good investment. I like the new attire - the Legacy sweaters they all wear now and it helps to know who works there when you need help. Anyway, I will be going there more often now that I enrolled for unlimited washes. Manuel was great. He was not just sitting back in his office but was out there working and greeted me as I first pulled up to select and pay for my wash. Because of his help, I re-enrolled in unlimited washes and am glad I did. Can I give ten stars?? **********

We found getting the subscription works best for us! If you only wash your car twice a month, you've almost covered the subscription. If you wash it more than twice a month, it pays for itself!
