I tried to unlock my front door and the whole cylinder of the lock came out with the key. I had my baby and it was the hottest day of the year. I called four different locksmiths and none of them could help, but Tommy's said they could be there in 20 minutes. My original car key didn't open the trunk, so he assessed and found out that the original key was too worn out, that's why the trunk didn't open.
