His work is clean, he's very fast yet tidy, and he has over $800 in drop cloths alone so you won't have to worry about paint drips on your floor. Roger was a great asset, he had recommended a nice off white color and discussed their process, to include all holes filled, walls prepped and primer, the works. We agreed and they came on Saturday on time, as scheduled (a few minutes early) and immediately got started. We came by later in the afternoon and they (Roger and Eddie) were well underway, excellent. We were called about 3pm on Sunday all completed! Perfect color, perfect job top to bottom, they moved the washer and dryer out and put everything back the way it was, actually they even checked out the hoses and such. The bottom line after all said and done? The polite, prompt, and accurate customer service, the professionalism, and the quality of work, the fact they took extra steps not even within the scope, you could only dream of ALL other contractors would give the same. I needed to have my house painted after years of neglect had left the exterior finish peeling and…read moreflaking off and looking generally horrible. I was also under time constraints to get the job done quickly to qualify for my new homeowner's insurance policy. Roger came out and did a thorough inspection of the home and explained how the process would go and answered all of my questions about points of concern I had around the house, and made me feel very comfortable with the project. Tricia and Jeff were able to answer any additional queries I had by phone or email in a timely manner. Luckily, due to my need to have the job done asap, Jeff said he'd be able to fit me in just a month later. There was a slight delay to starting the job at my house due to weather, but Tricia kept me up to date along the way and it wasn't long before Roger and his crew were showing up to get the job underway. Roger and his paint crew were on site early every day, and worked tirelessly from 7:00-3:00 nonstop for 7 days. I left drinks for them in a cooler but I really don't know if these guys took a break, they just busted butt all day long. On the first day they pressure washed the whole house to remove dirt and debris. Over the course of the next four days they slaved away getting the home ready for a new finish. The amount of prep work my house needed was overwhelming and they cut no corners in removing the old tired paint and doing minor repairs to weather damaged surfaces here and there until they had a bare smooth canvas to work with. After the whole house was primed it took another two days to lay two coats of Sherwin Williams Duration down on the whole house and finish the trim work, and the end result is nothing short of amazing. My nearly 50 year old home looks brand new. The amount of pride Roger and his crew take in their work showed through in the finished product and its perfection all around. They always showed up early and worked right til the end, and left every day having cleaned up and put things away. They were always happy and friendly. Before the job was completed Roger made sure I was perfectly happy with everything and that they left me 100% satisfied. I can say with certainty that hiring Platinum Painting Service for this project was money well spent, and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking to have someone repaint their home.

I was doing a remodel on a fixer upper condo in Waikiki from the mainland. The painter who painted…read moreour unit sprayed the place and ended up with a very uneven paint job and lots of over spray. Danny and his crew took on what I would imagine to be a small job for them, gave me an excellent quote to paint 4 colors throughout the entire condo besides different finishes, flat, satin and semigloss. His crew finished in 2 days and had to fix many of the problems of the first painter... for example, scrap the drips of the overspray, sand down areas not even and do a new skim coat before repainting. DPM Painting basically reprep everything in the newly remodeled condo and painted already before repainting it. Now the condo looks brand new. His project on our condo require repainting all ceilings, walls, trims and doors of all the rooms. See photos and you can see what a great job Danny and his crew did in just 2 days. I was glad he squeezed our project in his busy schedule.
