Before my previous visit to Tom's, I had never had any issues with them and thought their prices were fair. However, my last visit there was an absolute joke. I was charged $89.99 for "labor" and $60 for "parts" all for them to do a PCM power relay where they claimed they did not see any issues with my car. My check engine light remained on, and my car would continuously not start every time after I had gotten gas. Obviously, there was still an issue with my car that they had claimed there was nothing wrong with it costing me nothing but time and money for absolutely no resolution at all and still car problems. I ended up taking my vehicle elsewhere, where they were able to diagnosis the issues that my car was having and resolve them immediately. Needless to say, I have found my new mechanic, and it is not Tom's. read more

Tom and his team are amazing! A few months ago I got a flat tire and brought my car in to them since they were close and convenient, but ended up being super surprised with how kind, quick and affordable they were! Didn't try selling me anything I didn't need and had my car patched up and out of there in less than 30min. The dealership would have taken hours! After that my husband and I both have been taking our cars there for our oil changes and anything else we need for our vehicles! Nicest group of people I've ever met! It is extremely refreshing to be able to go to a mechanic shop and feel like the people there truly treat every person that walk on there like family! Can't thank them enough! read more

College son traveling across state and had to be towed in. Hours from school and hours from us, and Tom's did him right. Certainly could have taken advantage of us, but was fast , fair and honest. my mom took her car there to get one thing fixed. it was all fine for about 2 days and then all of her lights were on that she never seen before. she payed $1000 for them to do nothing. her car was still over heating. i took my ford focus to them to get things fixed. they fixed my lights but again, two days later my check engine was back on and i had to replace my battery, they couldn't have told me that? i payed $1400 and i'm super upset. the lady at the desk is rude as HELL unless she's talking about how much something is gonna cost you, she has a fake little voice telling me how much it's "kindly" gonna cost. then she's rude again. im not impressed at all . waste of money and time. don't go here. please save yourself and your money and your car read more
