Came here for the first time with my boyfriend and I'm from San Diego so it's hard to be impressed by mexican food here, but this place had me impressed. SUPER authentic mexican food, the presentation, the flavors, the service. we sat down ambiance is very nice too! and immediately got served chips and bean sauce which was delicious i got Pozole and he got Birria tacos and it was 20/10 rating! If you're looking for mexican food definitely come try this place out!

What a hidden gem! You've got to try this home style authentic Mexican food made with love and flavor. I can't believe this place has been here for a year and I just tried it today for the first time. Try the tacos and ask for homemade tortillas. You won't be disappointed. Al pastor hit the spot as did the birria queso tacos with a rich consommé filled with stewed beef that melts in your mouth. I was wowed by the hospitality and flavor of the food I had today. Can't believe we are lucky enough to have some this delicious in our town. You've got to try this place. You will not be disappointed.

I came here with my fiance after seeing a friend post about this place. We were in the mood for Mexican food. Tonantzin has authentic Mexican food with a wide selection to choose from. The food is flavorful and tastes really good. The service is very friendly. The restaurant is spacious with nice decor. I really like the overall vibe and music that was played. I will definitely return to try other things on the menu.

Stopped here mid Sunday afternoon for late lunch/early dinner. The food here is pretty good. Portions are large and prices are reasonable. I got the chicken enchiladas with mole. The chicken was a little dry and the mole had a slightly burned quality but overall was good. The chiles rellenos was a large platter with two generously stuffed poblanos, plenty of rice and a side of beans and avocado and some tortillas. Horchata was also quite good. We wanted two of the specials but they were out. The place was quite full(about 75%) for the time of day. In short the place was not super busy with takeout but the food came out slowly. Ambiance is ok but not upscale. Ok for a casual meal out.

If you are craving for authentic mexican flavors, look no further! The location used to be another mexican restaurant, but seems the new management has changed the name and revamped the place. The seafood soup ( marisco) and chile relleno we ordered were flavorful. Big portion sizes, friendly staff. Special shout out to marisco soup as it had the correct spice levels.. not too hot, not too mild. The seafood was cooked well, not overcooked and chewy, but soft. Horchata was good as well.

Hidden gem. Delicious authentic Mexican food. Everything is homemade from tacos to deserts. Tres leches was out of this world.

Good food, nice people. Mole enchiladas were solid. I recommend the food but probably best to order out.

Being from Arizona, I eat quite a bit of Mexican food and do get some authentic eats since we are so close to Mexico. I was a little worried trying Mexican food in the east coast, but we were both really happy with the food we got here. The service was very friendly and the location was very clean. I appreciate the staff assisting with boxes as we definitely ordered more than we can eat as we wanted to try various items. It was great for leftovers and a midnight snack as I can get munchy at different times due to the time zone difference. I'd definitely return when visiting her and would recommend to anyone in the area if they want Mexican cuisine.

The one on the outside of the four was dry, but the other was good. If you don't like spicy, as I don't, avoid the peppers used for garnish. The refried beans were wetter than I expected, but I did like that some whole beans were stirred in. The bowl of street corn was my favorite bite of the meal. The texture of the guacamole was similar to the beans, with part of it wetter than expected, but also with chunks of tomato stirred in. I've never been fond of Mexican rice so can't comment on that.

Simple decor and straightforward street food menu (tacos, burritos, quesadillas, tortas, etc.). I was in the mood for a Torta Milanesa (steak). It arrived less than ten minutes later. The beef was breaded and fried, with melted white cheese, jalapeño, grilled onion, lettuce and tomato; packed into a basic kaiser roll. It was surprisingly heavy and a bit slick from the oil the steak was cooked in. I cut it in half and commenced to consume. The steak was an easy chew and all its participants contributed well to my enjoyment. Filled me for the rest of the day. The Tamarindo drink was housemade - very sweet, yet with a sour final note. Very good and refreshing. Service provided by a young gentleman who seemed to be running the house this Sunday afternoon. He was busy, but stopped by a couple of times to check on my satisfaction. I provided a solid report. El Limon (The Lemon) has a simple successful formula for their expanding empire. Make it basic and comfortable, both in decoration and cuisine. Avoid unnecessary glitter and tourista painted tables and chairs, and remain true to your roots. With 30 shops and counting in the Montco/Bucks region, they know what they are doing. 4 Estrellas d'Oro!

We had looked online and found a restaurant that featured burgers. We were walking to it when we passed Cantina Feliz. It was busy (which I interpreted to be a good sign) and looked very inviting. We decided to change plans and try this Mexican restaurant instead! Of course I always start a meal at a Mexican restaurant with the guacamole. Our server recommended the Esquites Guacamole, which has grilled corn, lime aioli and a sprinkling of queso fresco (traditional Mexican cheese). It was one of the tastiest guacamole dishes I've ever had!! The grilled corn added such dimension and flavor - and the chips were warm - I think that was the first time I had warm chips - it made it extra special! For our entrees, we ordered the Grilled Shrimp Tacos and the Steak Fajita Tacos. The Grilled Shrimp tacos were excellent - large tender shrimp, with a corn salsa, avocado, peppers and a chipotle sauce on the side. I added a little of the Esquites Guacamole and enhanced the flavor even more! Next up, the Steak Fajitas. As soon as I had my first bite, I was disappointed....the steak was so tough and rubbery, there were pieces I couldn't swallow. We told the server and he said he would speak to the manager. They agreed to take the fajitas back and remove them from our bill. Our server was great. While it was unfortunate the steak fajitas were not good, it didn't diminish the fact we thoroughly enjoyed the other two dishes. We will definitely return to Cantina Feliz - however, we'll pass on the Steak Fajitas.
