i have been going to dr. bradshaw for a few years. her and the staff have been so helpful. professional, yet, being understanding to every patients needs....i am very fortunate to have her as my doctor.. i have never had a problem with dr. or office. they treat me with being professional and understanding.....they care about each individual. when you get older, you have health problems that are bad....whatever they can do for you, they do their best. they are so awesome..........i will never go to another doctor.. the office is stuck with me......thank you so much for being there for me...... read more

The rating on this dr's office should be a -5 stars. I have just been to one appt. with Dr. Bradshaw, I have never experienced such rude, inconsiderate, unhelpful, people with no compassion. After waiting well over a hour to be seen Dr. Bradshaw was in a hurry and did not listen to my concerns. Upon trying to get authorization for my medicine her office staff Lucy and Lilyanna raised their voice to me in front of patience who told me later this is a problem at Dr. Bradshaws office. Lilyanna then slammed the door and said I could make a formal complaint. I then spoke to Dr. Bradshaw who told me to find another Dr. All the waiting patients said they need to change Dr.'s but just don't have the time to establish new. I left in tears with no resolution in getting my medication approved. I just can't believe people like this has a business. read more

i have never encountered such an uncaring, rude, and unprofessional front office staff in my life!!

I just had my first appointment with dr. Bradshaw today and she was absolutely a change of pace from the doctor that I left. She shows genuine concern and empathy for me as a patient rather then the "here's your drugs, no scram" dr mentality that apparently some of you people on this board were hoping for. Her office was nice, the fish tank was entertaining, the staff was friendly, and I was done with my appointment in well under an hour. She's not going to give you drugs though, sorry. You other yelpers on here that were bashing her, well I can see why you would be mad at her. She wouldn't give you your next fix! I understand pain but the pills are a temporary fix for a permanent problem. She gave me a small, reasonable amount so I could continue exercising and rebuilding my body after my double spinal fusion surgery that I had about 8 months ago. That seems more then reasonable to me. Maybe you should address your real intentions before you come bashing a woman that is truly doing her job. read more

I had such hopes to establish care with a local MD with a DO credential. Sadly it was one of my worst experiences with a medical facility. Going to a clinic in Banning was even substantially memorable.when.I didn't have great insurance. Firstly, patiently waited 3 months as a new patient visit. Staff was helpful, had to guide my approval process. But thats the one star I gave. The big day was very brief, mechanical with questions feeling scripted. Left exam room and that was it..no directions or plan to address my condition. Left in hallway asking questions on where to go and no goodbye from doctor. So refill for medications came and all of a sudden to my surprise the doctor I spoke to for a whole 5 minutes is changing my dosages and this is from the receptionist. I was confused and said why she determined to make changes without my input? Or prognosis to decide this..So put on hold and told by receptionist all my medications would be decreased. Know really frustrated I asked to speak with her personally and on hold again with a reply that shes left for the day. I than said cancel everything. So disappointed because heard amazing things on her exceptional care?! Even had one visit with her years ago..what a waste of my time. She may be a doctor thats lost her compassion and or forgot her oath. A MD does not give the right to treat her patients with no respect.. read more

I am so shocked by the previous reviews here.. I have had nothing but positivity and kindness from Dr. Bradshaw - and that is saying a lot considering so many doctors are incredibly ignorant and dehumanizing to patients who are trans. I have been to doctor after doctor and never have I met one with as much compassion and care as her. Every time I've seen her we have had nice chats, she asked me what my major is, what classes am I taking, how school is going, generally caring how I am doing overall. Since she was a Biology major and I'm an Animal Science major maybe we just bonded on a love for science? Ha I don't know! But I really love her and applaud her for her passion in her work. She treats me like a human being and with utmost respect, and that's a lot more than I can say for most doctors. I think some of the staff could be a bit more ... Pleasant? But seeing her after dealing with the staff makes up so much for the visit! I would recommend her to anyone, especially being a minority - where I'm often treated as if I'm sort of freak ... She has treated me like I was part of her family and acknowledges the troubles and dire reality trans* people face. This is a rare doctor who sees her patients as equals and that they should be treated with love and respect. read more

Best first appointment I have ever had with a Dr. Dr. Bradshaw was friendly, upbeat, attentive. She listened to my concerns and immediately ordered some tests. Staff was very kind and considerate. I will be recommending her to my family and friends. Nice office, nice waiting area. Little to no wait time for my appointment unlike many other Dr. offices. It was a very good experience. read more

Regretfully one of the poorest experiences ever. We waited 7 weeks to see Bradshaw after needing to change doctors (we preferred a female and she is the closest covered by our provider). We came (with her time in mind) early, prepared, and with a written list of concerns as we had an immediate need for prescription refills. She was rude, demeaning, talked publicly about our care, impatient, and generally acted as if we were interrupting her life. The industry in which I work requires me accessing medical care and I can honestly say, there are far better physicians in the area. Her patronizing attitude is completely unnecessary exemplary of her superior attitude, which she cannot back up with skill or compassion. While I sympathize with all of the pressures faced in the healthcare climate today, Bradshaw's care and service would be viewed in a significantly more positive light if she'd just step out of her own self created spotlight. Doc, you just ain't all that. If you are looking for a physician- my advice is to keep looking. Stars? bah. Looks like little has changed from those early reviews. Smart physicians make a note and improve care where they can. The rest tell you to "find another doc"... read more

I've had better care in NAZI Germany! This doctor is a joke!! Her staff is indignant and un-caring.. I came with a high blood pressure emergency. First thing when they opened at 8 am. I was told the doctor did not get in until 9. Then I asked, if a nurse could take my bp and advise me to whether go to emergency? I was told, NO.. I cannot be seen unless I have an appointment. I'm a regular patient!! Finally, after threatening to sue, they did let a nurse take my vitals. However, I was told I needed to be "out of the office" before the doctor arrived. Because they (the staff), don't begin to see patients till the doctor arrives. Well why do they open at 8 then? The office was empty. And they were turning patients away at 8 and 8:30. I think next time, I'd have better luck at my VET!! Whatta Quack! read more

Horrible doctor and staff. They never seem to get their faxes or messages. You call them and they always say they didn't get it. You literally have to make the staff do their job. Too much work being a patient here. read more

I am dropping Dr. Bradshaw as soon as possible.....poor service, staff unprofessional and unreliable, Dr. shows little competence.

My roommate finally changed from Bradshaw (Dr. should be removed), and had her first appointment this morning with the new Doctor.. The new physician took his time with her identified and laid out a plan for some potentially life threatening concerns/ailments that Bradshaw would not acknowledge and advised they were do to "old age". With the one medication that was prescribed by Bradshaw for thyroid, the new doctor said that the dosage was definitely not correct and needed to be increased. I do not know how this person stays in business.. I am no doctor and I diagnosed and knew my roommate needed, blood, tests and x-rays to get a better picture of these symptoms and aches that are likely very serious.... My roommate is finally under a doctor's care.. At 61 years old, I hope the year she was under Bradshaw's care will not be to big of a mistake... read more

Dr Bradshaw makes good eye contact as opposed to just looking at the chart. She has a great sense of humor but still very appropriate to a doctor-patient relationship. These things made me feel at ease. Dr Bradshaw does not "preach" but spoke to me as an individual in regards to my specific health issues. She is very thorough and everything has been ordered and carried out as she said it would. read more
