She would even let me touch the jeans on the bottom of the pile (to check sizes) so she doesn't have to refold them! And the rudeness kept going. NEVER AGAIN!!

BE VERY WARY of the Boot Fit bullshit or falling for the Upsell on Service. It is NON EXISTENT…read more Purchased $700 New Boots in March 25, expert skier. They were fit with fanfare lip-service that "Kitterdge stands behind boot fit for a full year and they will address any fit issues, no problem." I skied wearing New Boots only 2-hours at Mammoth prior to major wind/snow storm that forced lifts to close and us to leave. So, at start of 2026, sadly I experienced pain, gaps below food bed, shin blisters and general dismay on the fit of New Boots. With receipts, settings and Business Card for original fitter in hand I called and was asked; . . . "If I was sure that I had bought them there?" Then I was challenged with attitude; "So, you had them fit, skied them, and now have an issue with the fit?" I was blown off completely with the statement; "I am very busy here, will get back to you." Haven't heard a thing. NOTHING !

Rental prices are reasonable and the quality seemed good, though I am a beginner, so I still have a lot to learn! This shop is close to the mountain, which was nice and convenient. Parking was easy as they are in a plaza with a big parking lot.

I was in need of some cute souvenirs for myself and friends, so asked where would the best spot in Mammoth be. The consensus was Mammoth Memories. Located in the Mammoth lakes shopping center and town mid point it was easy to find this spot. Staff here are very nice, they leave you alone to shop but when you need anything they are very helpful and friendly. I loved this store because they had everything I could want and need. Shirts, sweaters, stickers, patches, baby clothes, home goods like cups and mugs, hats and jerseys. This shop is unmatched and I appreciated that they carried both mammoth gear and also represented June lake. All of the clothing items were soft and well made. Yes, the shop is a little pricey. I do get those complaints but it's the #1 tourist shop in town and at least the clothing is quality and soft. Just be mindful it's $$$ - for example I bought one t-shirt, a baby onesie and a handful of stickers and quickly ended up at $80+. Yikes. But I liked everything I got and it's nice to have memories of your trip so I'd still recommend this shop as it had a good variety, plenty of sizes, and staff were nice.

They have from sweaters, t-shirts, socks, shot glasses you name it they have it. The store is very organized and I appreciated the help form one of the staff there i wasn't able to find my size in the clearance section and the shirt was pretty cool so she went to go look in the inventory they had and was able to find me my shirt in my size. Usually some stores will tell you that's all we have and dismiss you but she took 10 minutes exactly and found my size. Excellent customer service! The prices can be a bit higher of course but the quality of the t-shirt I got was great and it's not your typical off brand t-shirts that's shrunk after one use. The quality is there. I also scored some socks and paid regular price for first pair and got the other pair for 1 penny (win win) love me a bargain. Excellent shop!

It was beyond nice that we had wonderful service to help get us set up with equipment. We were sized right and efficiently helped and out the door asap. I was a lil skeptical when I saw the rush of picking up equipment since they have a 5:30 pm deadline and there was a line, however it went FAST and they were SUPER helpful and NICE! Also this was a super busy time of year right after New Year's Day and some fresh powder was hitting. The Green Room is located conveniently on Main St between Shat's Bakery and Puerto Vallarta Restaurant. So you can grab some grub before or after. They have plenty of parking and large street signage so they are easy to find. The prices are more than fair and competitive so definitely come here if you are looking for Great Equipment, wonderful service, and any stuff you may want to buy to use on the mountain too - they have a great layout and a lot of stuff you are looking for and need to make your experience that much better.
