We were traveling for Thanksgiving and everything was closed...and then we saw Tonka Hills open and they were our saving grace for a Thanksgiving meal. It was excellent food and excellent service. We loved it all!

Rueban sandwich, no sauerkraut, they forgot the thousand island dressing. Fail.D-

It was very, very quiet in there, like eating in a morgue. I guess there's a welcoming vibe when you look like a local. Chicken fried steak was decent but my Reuben sandwich was made with chopped meat and they forgot the thousand island dressing. Rueben 101 people!! Our first time there, may try again one day but not motivated to do so.

Revival of a classic family restaurant. Remember this restaurant from my childhood and luckily was reopened in Decemever 2019! They were very accommodating to my special dietary needs and made me something that wasn't on the menu and awesomely enough no upcharge! (That never happens at restaurants). The food was tasty and reminded us of our old family spot. Offer a breakfast buffet. Ambee our waitress did a great job and was very accommodating of my special request. Will return!

Nice quiet place for a simple meal with excellent service. One of only a few sit down places in the area and with home cooked food.

Great food and good environment. I recommend going. Only issue I had was the salad bar where the salad was a bit slimy.

Breakfast buffet is mediocre at best. Coffee was ok but eggs were powdered. Server was nice but kinda new.

I had a great burger and my wife had the tenderloin. Both were very good. We will definitely come back.

The drive-through is not great option for me, since they don't have a full menu out there. So unless you know exactly what you want I wouldn't suggest it. I think they're fairly priced or perhaps my many years in New York have tainted my view of coffee shop prices. I really love that they offer so many sugar-free options and so many inclusions. Very rarely will you find a peanut butter or protein powder as an option at a coffee shop. I think they should add Oreos to the menu, but I'm impartial to an Oreo frappe I will say the baked goods cabinet looks unappealing. Not only does everything look hard but it also looks like it's been over baked. It's kind of sad looking tbh. I think the service is great and no one was rude or irritated to assist my grandmother who had never been to a coffee shop before. They do not allow emotional support animals and they don't have pup cups. The merch side is priced like a boutique, which is surprising since everything is clearly made in China. Was baffled they want $30 for a polyester trucker hat.

They were getting ready to close, but the young ladies behind the counter were incredibly kind, patient, and still made fantastic drinks. They even wrote scripture on our cups, which was such a thoughtful touch I wish we had discovered this place sooner--my wife and I would've loved to spend more time in their cozy, inviting atmosphere. We'll definitely be back. Skip the chain shops; this local spot is something special.
