Stewarts has taken over the old Tupelo Honey/Honey B'z location. Third location now to go with the one in Camdenton and at the dam. Building is now red/white sandwiched between the gas station and Mexican restaurant/bar. Went for breakfast and after our drink orders were taken the server asked "Would you like a cinnamon roll while you wait?" Um.. yes! The roll was huge, hot and swimming in a plate of icing. 6 of us each took a chuck and we still had some leftover. Forgot to take picture but plenty on of pics on the other locations reviews. I had biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage. Biscuits were fluffy and fresh and covered with flavorful sausage gravy. Everyone enjoyed their food. Others had omelettes, eggs Benedict, and chocolate chip pancake. Service was fast and friendly and it wasn't too crowded but it was a weekday when we went. Coffee cup never got more than half empty before someone came by to refill it. Will definitely be back. read more

Oh wow... this is a great breakfast diner! The amazing Biscuits and Gravy with eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, and a good mix of sausage in the gravy! The food is amazing, but the friendliness of the staff is one of the things that will make you want to keep coming back! We were greeted and sat, and helped all along the way. The food was very good. I ordered their version of a slinger, the hamburger was missing which has been included on the St Louis version. The absence of the burger did not take away from the taste. Plenty of room and great service. read more

Nice little local restaurant. Stopped in for breakfast on our way out heading home. The inside is basic and no frills, wait staff very friendly and attentive. Menu offered the usual American breakfast items including omelette, pancakes, biscuits, French toast, etc. the pancakes are very large, about the size of a dinner plate. Good flavor and tender. Biscuits were a littler dry, but gravy was nice. Ordered the huge cinnamon roll, that thing lived up to its name. The flavor was good, but the whole roll was pretty dry and hard, almost like they were a day or two old and reheated. Overall a nice, reasonably priced spot. read more

This review is for the location in Greenview and the new Stewart's on the lake. Neither are showing up on Yelp yet. Amazing! One of the best breakfast places I've tried! That says a lot since I usually like a mimosa or Bloody Mary with breakfast on vacation and they don't serve alcohol. This time (lakeside) my husband and I both had our favorite breakfast with eggs, hash browns and toast and split a half order of the biscuits and gravy. Everything was delicious! At both locations, we got a cinnamon roll to go. The pictures don't do it justice, size wise. They said it's 3 pounds with the icing. We didn't finish it, even with three people eating in it, but it was oh so good!!! read more

Clean, quiet, excellent food and service was what we experienced at Stewart's. I had the bowl of fruit which was very generously filled with sweet, ripe grapes, honeydew, and Cantaloupe. On the side I had two very delicious pieces of fresh sourdough toast. read more

Had breakfast about 9am, lots of tables open. Our server was friendly and efficient, came back to chk on us often. My wife had a club sandwich which she said was A++. My French toast and link sausage were on point and juicy. It's a nice place to eat as long as the tourists haven't invaded yet. Found this place on Yelp when in town for a concert the evening before. Servings were very large, just the way I like! Constance our server was fantastic! Now for my feedback; my food was a little too salty and my dish was just warm, not hot when it got to the table. Biscuits were delicious. The portions here are enormous! I saw a gentleman that had ordered what looked like chicken friend steak. It took up almost the whole plate. I got the farmers omelet...it's an omelet with sausage onions peppers and hash browns inside and smothered with gravy. I didn't need to eat until dinner time...and I probably could have done without dinner. Of course I neglected to take photos as I was enamored by the delectable breakfast feast in front of me. The gravy is delicious and not floury as some places do. I didn't get one this time but the cinnamon roll.is good too.....HUGE!!! I believe there is a theme going. Pretty good food overall. However, you can't deviate from what's on the menu. My toast was not really toast. I ordered a scrambler with bacon, mushrooms, and onions. They didn't include onions. I was shocked and saddened that i hadn't been in the area for a few weeks to discover the old Honey B's diner in Greenview was replaced by Stuarts. Honey B's built a great business around excellent house prepared food, baked goods, fresh fruit and jams with lots of originality and flavor. Imagine a greasy spoon joint that serves gourmet food and you'll get the idea. Decided to give Stuarts a shot only to find out this place is the polar opposite of Honey B's. The signature item that practically smacks you in the face when you walk in is a morbidly obese cinnamon roll that's so big and doughy it couldn't possibly be good. Our meals consisted of very average "white bread" breakfast staples - Pancakes, eggs, sausage, hasbrowns, toast and coffee. Pancakes tasted like doughy sub-par, institutional type of mix with no flavor, breakfast meats seamed low grade, hashbrowns and eggs drenched in greasy grill oil and toast slathered in margarine. It's pretty obvious this place is sourcing the cheapest ingredients possible to maximize profits, it's just plain nasty and very expensive. I predicted they wouldn't have any real butter for my toast and i was absolutely right. Crossed this one off of our list. read more

This is one of my favorite places for breakfast. We went in December so it was cold outside. Inside pretty cold too. They just need to add some insulation and put some around the outlets. That had air blowing right on our legs! Staff was very friendly and refilled coffees. Food was good and warm. Had the "diet" plate. Enough for two! Really tasty. We will return to try something new. My wife and I stopped there after visiting Bridal Cave. We had the "biggest" cinnamon roll in the Ozarks. What a disappointment, the outside of the roll was hard(so hard you couldn't get a fork into it), the inside was cold in spots, the cinnamon sugar filling was gritty, it was inedible. We were in town for a long weekend and this breakfast joint was recommended by some locals we met. The food was great. My fiancee had "the diet," which was most definitely not diet..... We are summer locals and almost always go to the Lake Ozark location for breakfast and it has been our favorite for years! However it hasn't been as good lately so we decided to try the Camdenton location despite a further drive and it did not disappoint! The tenderloin is so good and so giant! The parking lot is small but we parked on the street behind where there is public parking so it wasn't bad for us like another reviewer had mentioned. Prices are about what they are anywhere around the lake. We will be returning, I was so happy not to have my tenderloin fried to a crisp that it's worth the extra 10 minute drive for us! read more
