Besides the time I spent on the exam, I waiting only for him over half hour. Until I asked the staff my time was running out, they let me to see him. I said it took me such long time to see you every time. He said that's just half hour, I always took one more or two hours to see other doctors. I said that's your problem. Then he said: Nobody confront with me, you are the first one, I don't want to treat you, YOU ARE DISMISSED. I was shucked, it sounded he didn't let me waiting for two hours in stand of half hour was his mercy! I followed his instruction from the first visit to wait for three months till this appointment yesterday to solve my eye's issue, he dismissed me, for not even my fault. However, I am glad he is just a doctor, not a leader of a country, otherwise he would certainly be a dictator.

Paul is an amazing and caring optician. When I called to see if they were doing any sort of online appointments, he said they had not and then asked what the problem was. When I told him he gave me his cell number and asked me to FaceTime him. Wow. That's great customer service. We did FaceTime and he immediately saw the problem and told me how to fix it. I thought I had, but later that night realized I had not. So I called the next day and asked if I could come and see him. He said absolutely. I shared my concern about getting too close to people. I knew they were all wearing masks, but I asked if he would be willing to wear a face shield. He said absolutely. I went there and everything was socially distanced. And Paul came out to meet me with a face shield on. He took my glasses and fixed them in under 5 minutes. That, my friends, is wonderful service. And it is awesome that Paul and the folks at Tallahassee Eye Center care so much about the feelings and concerns of their patients.
