It gets super busy and you can wait about 10-15 minutes depending when and what you order, but they are working hard in that kitchen! I had breakfast here - a yogurt parfait and pastry with coffee, and lunch while on site and both were made right and served quickly and with a friendly smile. The line for coffee in the morning is LONG, but they continuously refill the coffee canisters to keep it moving. I like that they show the progress of your order on the television - all progress - order in queue, working, and complete. Nice!

No matter how busy they are the customer service is always great and these guys (I use guys as an all-encompassing term for everyone) they get the food out to you quickly and most of all correctly. Never have I had an incorrect order. Utensils are always available and kept well stocked. I notice the staff is the same and they seem to have a system of working together like they know what they are about to do. Even being busy they manage to keep the floor clean of spilled drinks, so you are not hearing your shoes stick to the floor as you walk. I guess some places want you to remember your visit with sticky shoes. Great staff and I think the staff should be recognized by corporate because the volume of people they handle is something to see in the Pentagon.

Watching the cooks work was mesmerizing. They moved with incredible speed and precision, almost like watching a perfectly choreographed ballet. What amazed me most was that they hardly spoke to each other, yet every dish came together flawlessly. Every movement had a purpose, and every plate seemed to find its way to the right person without any confusion. Seeing our meal prepared right in front of us made us appreciate it even more. From the first ingredient hitting the pan to the moment it was placed in front of us, the entire process was fascinating. The food was fantastic, but honestly, the performance in the kitchen was just as memorable. If you're planning to eat here, I highly recommend sitting at the counter. It's dinner and a show all at once.

I was the first to arrive, and got seated, as it was fairly empty for Thursday night. After 5 minutes or so, my friends arrived, and we got water. My buddy told me I had to try their burgers, but I decided to go with the biscuits and gravy because it just looked so good and I hadn't had it in a while. Ordering was a breeze, and It didn't take long for the food to come. I was so excited when it arrived, and The taste didn't disappoint at all! I'll be back to try some other things. They had some amazing looking desserts that we almost got, but ultimately decided not to. As others have said, it's the classic diner experience.

I self-ordered a regular rib eye pho at the counter and it took awhile for my order to be ready for pickup. As for the pho itself, it was...okay. I'm a pho enthusiastic and had been spoiled by great pho from where I'm from so this is subpar by comparison. It feels like an non-authentic take on pho (I mean, they are supposed to be fusion?). The broth feels like it's the powder we get from the store without actually using beef bone in the broth. Other than the wait time, no issues with the staff. If you work in the area this could be your favorite lunch spot! I only wanted to try their unique items so this time I tried the Oxtail Banh Mi Cheesesteak and next time I want to try the Brisket BanhMi Cheesesteak! Also my eyes are on the Supreme Pho which has a lot of meat in it! It's pricey for a sandwich but also I've enjoyed it to the max and I have no regrets. I'm also not aware at all with the Oxtail price, however I know that while it could look cheap, it doesn't give you a lot of near per piece! The sandwich also comes with a little cup of Pho to dip in or sip on! I won't deduct stars but they need to have Pho spoons!! They gave me a regular one and they need to construct the sandwich better so it doesn't become very soggy and messy ! Again! I've enjoyed it to the max! It needs to be more solid/crispy and then we use the pho at our convenience to dip in and get it softer by the bite! I hope the management can think about that! It was a flavor bomb and an amazing fusion fusion Try it, vote for the review , message me, or compliment me with any comment or question, and don't forget to ...
