    Oxtail Pho Tacos (x3)
    Steven T.

Me and the boys wanted to get some food before our game and my friend highly recommended this spot. They are serving up unique Vietnamese fusion dishes that I have never seen before. We got a couple items and all were great! All the meat they used were fall apart tender and had great flavors. They also provide a broth on the side to dip your tacos/sandwiches in. These are like a flavor explosion in your mouth! While all the food was good, my favorite was the Bo-Khirria Tacos and fries. The meat was stewed perfectly and had such a great umami flavor. You should definitely check it out! Entrees: Oxtail Pho Tacos, Bo-Khirria Tacos and Oxtail Cheesesteak Sides: Bo-Khirria Fries

We love this place due to its proximity to us but also their quick service and delicious pho. It comes with peppers and lime on the side but I add it to my pho for extra spice and it's soooo good the portions are generous and it's my go to comfort take out food. There also have other food items like birria pho and tacos which I still have to try.

There are so many fun pop up restaurants in this water park area. PhoWheels has pho, ban mis, and tacos that have chicken beef and pork options. The ban mi was great with braised beef and so rich, it's worth sharing with a friend since it's a generous portion.

I came here for lunch on a Saturday morning. I ordered online and sat at a table nearby to enjoy the sunshine. The roti tacos were delicious! I found the broth to be a bit too salty, so opted to eat the tacos without it, and they were perfect, albeit a little greasy. The chicken wings though--these were life-changing. Crispy, savory, sweet, and flavorful, with the coconut ranch as the perfect accompaniment. The next time I'm in DC, I'm making a beeline to PhoWheels.

My fiance and I have wanted to try here for the longest. Finally stopped by today and tried the Pork Belly Banh Mi, Oxtail Pho, Wings and Eggrolls. The banh mi was really good. We added the pate. The wings were flavorful and the toppings were a nice touch. The Saigon Egg Rolls with Nuoc Cham were my 2nd favorite item. They were packed with flavor. The star of the show for me was the oxtail pho. Even though I wanted bean sprouts it was still delicious. They give you a lot of oxtail. Though we enjoyed our food the customer service could have been better. The cashier seemed very annoyed to answer our questions.

Guava drink with last egg roll. Nuoc cham was perfect too.

Everything was so good!! We got the 3 piece egg rolls, Bo-khirria banh mi and 3 tacos Bo-khirria tacos. Loved the flavors. Also enjoyed the guava canned drink. Service was fast too. We will be back for more.

First time trying PhoWheels, but was not super hungry so only ordered the Bo-Khirria Egg Rolls. The fusion menu item was pretty unique and filling. Food orders come out fairly quick. This is a small stand by the Water Park.

Get the oxtail cheesesteak! That's all I have to say LOL. It was that good. I'll definitely be back.

The food was just as yummy as ever! I ordered the Pork Belly Banh Mi, Bo-Khirria Roti Tacos and Beef Pho (To Go). To wash it down I ordered a large Thai tea. The fatty tenderness of the pork combined with traditional banh mi fixings was a flavorful ride that I didn't want to get off of. The next time I visit, I'm definitely trying the cheesesteak. I know it will be just as delicious as the rest of the menu.

First bite confirms an immediate second date with their ban-mi! We went for a chicken thigh with pate and wow! The staff is caring to ensure an allergy-free experience and delicious meal. The veggie spring rolls were also divine! This cute outdoor café offers quick pickup, dine near the outdoor stage area and delivery. High marks all around. Can we franchise?! Xx

This particular PhoWheels is one of the vendors at the Water Park area in National Landing. Their menu is pretty extensive, offering various apps, banh mi sandwiches, roti tacos, pho, seasonal/specials, and beverages. We came here for an early lunch, and we tried: +a banh mi - protein choices include dac biet (terrine, sausage, Spam, and pate), chicken thigh, pork belly, or onion tofu; we opted for the chicken thigh; came with pickled carrots and daikon, cucumber, and garlic mayo, opting out of the cilantro; unfortunately, this banh mi was not good at all - it was super soggy and wet, something wasn't drained properly, and the chicken thigh had a weird texture with off-putting flavors +Pho - protein choices include rare eyeround steak, meatballs, chicken breast, onion tofu, rare brisket, dac biet (with eyeround, brisket, shank, tendon, marrow, and meatballs), shank, oxtail, or Supreme (with eyeround brisket, shank, meatball, tendon, marrow, and oxtail); we opted for the oxtail, only requesting onions and scallions; the noodles were plentiful, and the broth extra hot, hearty, and delicious! The amount of oxtails that were provided was eye-popping! Staff were efficient, and there are a couple of tables adjacent to the place for an al fresco dining experience. +Pho +avoid the banh mis +located at The Water Park

We checked out PhoWheels while exploring DC one day and it was pretty great! PhoWheels is located in a little food truck/stand park with a really cute waterfall right in the middle. Really nice place to eat outside on a pretty day! The service was quick & we ate in the park! Overall very cute experience. The food was pretty legit too! I got the bahn mi & it was crisp and fresh, perfect for a nice weather day spent outside! My husband got the wings & oxtail cheesesteak. The wings were drenched in a delicious sauce, perfect sweet/salty kind of taste & the wings themselves were huge! The oxtail cheesesteak was pretty heavy, but if you're into that, then go for it! Food was definitely worth trying! They also had one of the best thai teas Ive had in DC so far! Great place to check out if you're in the area!

You will find this food kiosk in the trendy Crystal City Water Park. There is metered street parking and commercial parking garages within a reasonable walking distance. You will find it at the end of the park by the restrooms and ice cream kiosk. The guy working the kiosk, Danny, was the friendliest and most personable person that I have met in a while. There are a few tables by the kiosk to eat and lots more, with some scenic views in the park. I had no problem getting a seat by the water wall. But I do recommend getting there before the lunch rush. They have a limited menu and I decided to go with the Bo-Khirria egg rolls which came with a broth. I also ordered some waffles fries to complete my meal. It took about ten minutes or so for them to have my meal ready. The fries were ok. They were not seasoned nor did they have any salt. I had to get some from them in a little container. The egg rolls were also just "ok". Nothing special. I probably would not order neither again, but that is my preference. They do have some other exotic items on their menu that I would like to eventually try though like the Bo-Khirria banh mi, Honey garlic butter wings and OG roti tacos.

    Order to go!

The flavor is amazing and so hearty yet refreshing. Also I am 99% sure my food came within minutes of ordering because I did not even get the chance to open my book. The way I rate pho, are two things, one, the noodles, and two, the broth's flavor. Noodles: Because nothing hurts more than a yummy broth with some overcooked noodles that breaks when you try to eat them. Ordering No. 5 (eye-round steak, flank, tendon, and tripe) alongside No. 15 (eye-round steak), I was immediately struck by the broth's appearance--remarkably clear and seemingly delicate. At first glance, I worried it might lack depth. Quite the opposite. The broth delivers impressive concentration and balance, offering clean, beef-forward flavor without heaviness. Every sip is nuanced, satisfying, and remarkably refined. The assorted meats were expertly prepared, with tender beef, silky tendon, and properly textured tripe complementing the bowl beautifully. Is it the single best pho in the country? That remains debatable. What is undeniable, however, is that Pho 75 serves an exceptionally well-executed bowl that easily ranks among the DMV's finest--and one well worth returning for.

Employees very friendly and food came out quickly, less than 10 minutes after ordering. Food- ordered the oxtail pho, 2 pc eggrolls, and a Vietnamese coffee. Oxtail pho - rich flavorful broth, oxtail meat already separated from bone and served boneless. Noodles slightly overcooked in my opinion. Added some Vietnamese spice on the side and it added a nice kick to the soup. Eggrolls - extremely disappointing, came out and very obviously had been sitting for a long time. Lukewarm on the inside and completely cold on the outside. Caused eggrolls to be very chewy. Would not recommend. Vietnamese coffee - strong and sweet brewed in house. They come pre bottled which is fine but the real killer was the ice machine was broken so had to drink the coffee out of the bottle. Would think they would chill the bottle more strongly with the ice machine broken but unfortunately mine started barely "cold" and just got worse from there. Grand total for my order plus 4$ tip and a 1$ credit card surcharge was 38$. If the food was perfect that would still be a bit steep for the meal but bearable. However due to the execution errors I would say this is very poor value for this price. Would not recommend going out of your way to visit this place. Pho broth very good though!
