Food is excellent. Service is great. Have never had a bad meal. Always ordered out but looks great to eat in.

Pizzas are delicious especially the white pizza with spinach and mushrooms. The Tony Roni special is also a favorite.

I live an hour away from Verona so when I heard this place was only a 15 min drive away from our hike, I knew I had to stop by. The well known Verona's did not disappoint. Unique to this pizzeria, the pizzas AND cheesesteaks are award winning. The wife and I ordered one of each. When we pulled up, this place was packed for 12PM. It hustlin and busslin! I ordered at the desk and waited maybe 25 mins (not bad at all for ordering in the spot and with the place being busy). Pizza: we ordered the "Hot Honey" at $27. We attacked this thing within 2 minutes of coming out the oven. Incredible dough with depth and texture. Perfect balance of sweet (sauce/honey) and savory (pepperonis/grated parm). Topped with fresh basil and hot honey. I wished there was more hot honey but to each their own. Elite pizza!! I highly recommend Cheesesteak ($18): we ordered it with fried onions and Cooper Sharp. Delicious bread, I'm assuming it's home made and if it's not it's definitely high quality bread. Tender ribeye steak chopped and mixed beautifully with the cheese and onions. Meaty sandwich for sure. I prefer my cheesesteaks a bit more cheesier but I was a happy camper as was my wife. All in all, this joint is pumping out top tier "pizzeria food". This will be my post hike reward anytime I'm in the area. Dare I say Verona's goes toe to toe with Angelo's Pizzeria (highly regarded pizzeria) as best in the state! 5/5

We had a Grandma and a House. Good sauce, nice cheese, cooked well, crust on the crispy side. The atmosphere is charming, and in fact you might say upscale for the area. Relying on my friend Chris to make our selections, we started off with appetizers. The Creamy Crab Soup could actually have been a meal. It was served with a generous side of Focaccia Bread which was the perfect complement to the dish. We also ordered a plate of Falafel, the Mediterranean Combo Platter and finished with Kataifi Shrimp. But what really impressed me was the service. It was more than a few weeks since I had dined there the first time, and not only did Amanda welcome me back, but she remembered my drink preferences and was ready to make new recommendations. She is one of the most personable wait staff I've come across in many years. Arpeggio is truly a gem. This restaurant is in my personal top five favorites in the Philly Metro region.

Personally, I thought the sauce was way too salty and more of the consistency of soup. It does come with a choice of salad (caesar salad or house) or soup (chicken noodle, French onion, and I think there's one more option). I got the Caesar and thought it was pretty good, I really enjoyed the dressing! The French onion soup also exceeded expectations. It was well seasoned and very cheesy. Overall, the food is decent/standard but a good deal! The restaurant has plenty of outdoor seating with string lights to enjoy the warm weather. The inside is a little more dim and has a classy tavern vibe. Relatively large restaurant that can probably seat large parties. Service was good and everyone was nice.

When you hear someone e say it's like leather, this is what they're talking about--although I don't think I ever thought about it regarding chicken. I had about 3 bites and could not eat any more of it. Incredibly disappointing. My dining companions' meals were fine, just fine--nothing that stands out, though. We had a good server. Ambiance was fine. But we came for the food, and we left disappointed. We will not be back.
