I placed an order via email and a sales person wrote back saying my order was received - zero price quote, eta, questions. Weeks later I emailed to follow-up after no communication and they reply back with a nearly $500 bill. I sent it to our property manager and he knows a company who will do the exact plates we need for like $60-90. Since there was no communication I cancelled the order. A week later we received a box of nameplates - the sizes, material and fonts were correct, but ONLY 1 CORRECT NAME. ONE. The other nameplates were all RANDOM names and apartments that we DID NOT order. Thank goodness I had the order cancelled or we would have paid nearly $500 for a completely incorrect order that took a long time. The sales person also never responded to provide samples or even ask why I was cancelling my order so overall customer service was also disappointing. Will never use these guys and to be honest, the only reason I'm reviewing is because they had the audacity to email me a survey asking for feedback so I decided to share here to hopefully help folks out. Don't make the same mistake we made.

We also had electrical issues. We got several estimates and a few recommendations from colleagues. Of all the companies that came to pitch us John and his team were the only people to show up with a lift truck to thoroughly check out the existing sign. We checked references for every company but STP had a very impressive list of companies and strong support from everyone. We awarded them the job but then got hit with three consecutive snowstorms. This caused major delays but once it was done we knew we made a great choice. It came out absolutely perfect. Highly recommended.

The organization used Flatbush Copy in order to print about 250 copies of said journal. I am writing this review to state that these folks really outdid themselves. This journals look and FEEL amazing! The books are truly gorgeous and I couldn't have dreamed my work would look so nice. Flatbush Copy Center and its workers were professional from start to finish. They were very receptive by phone, and they stuck to their promised deadlines. It was super easy to send my pages for the journal. They followed my instructions for the pages almost too well.
