I can't say enough absolutely GREAT things about Tony's. I had such a horrible experience dealing with the insurance company of the person at fault for hitting my car (while it was parked in front of my house no less). My husband took our car to Tony's. They worked quickly and kept great records of when they contacted the insurance company and any responses received. When the claims adjuster threatened to force me to pay for storage due to their lack of response to Tony's request for additional expense coverage, Tony's was able to provide dates and responses (or lack thereof) showing the insurance company was at fault. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and diligent throughout the entire process (which took over 3 months... since I was hit in March and just got my car back today in mid-July - thanks Tiffany and Infinity Insurance. You guys seriously suck). To top it off, I couldn't be happier with the results! My car looks great! Thank you TONY'S and especially SAL for helping us out and dealing with that awful company. My experience with Tony's Body Shop goes back a couple of years ago so this may not be relevant anymore. My wife's car was rear ended while parked at the beach pushing it into the car parked in front of hers. The damage to the front was almost negligible but the rear bumper and left fender and taillight would require a body shop. Tony's gave her reasonable estimate so she gave them the go ahead for the repairs. After they began the work she was called to say the damage was twice the cost of the original estimate and that AAA Insurance deemed the car a total loss. To makes matters worse we were left in charge of the disposal of the car, the wrecking yard we called to pick up the car laughed and referred to Tony's as a body stripper. When we returned her rental car and related the story about her car their response was the same about Tony's having a reputation as a body stripper. The bottom line is she had a functioning car when she drove to Tony's but was left with a car stripped front and back and no one to put the parts back on so she could drive it to a less expensive shop. read more

I gave them a call and usually I would think because of covid the part that my car needed to be replace were going to take a while to ship but no I had my car in their shop 2 days after that phone call. my car was in the shop for 2 weeks weeks, front bumper and hood were messed up. It had nothing to do with them being slow but more thing in the side of the car were damage. Throughout the process Paul kept me up dated every 3 days to see how the job was coming out. The previous owner had some shady work done to my Tesla at a different shop before I purchased it. My garage attacked my carbon fiber spoiler, and unveiled a disappointing amount of epoxy glue that was impossible to takeoff without ruining the paint. Jason and his team at Tony's took the time to help me install a new spoiler at no charge. I took the car in and 30 minutes later the spoiler was installed. From the lovely ladies up front to the gentlemen in the bays, this was an awesome experience, and while I hope I don't get in any accidents, should it happen, Tony's will be my body shop of choice. I was very disappointed on the work Tony's Body Shop did to my car. When we did the final walk through, I noticed that my rear bumper didn't line up with the rear quarter panel. The paint they sprayed didn't match the rest of the car, and the didn't fix a dent that they told me they were going to fix. I told them, I wasn't going to take the car and they had to fix it right. It took them 5 more days to complete the job. And that was because my insurance got involved. If it wasn't for them they probably had taken longer. The day I picked the up the car, no one did a walk through with me. They just gave me my keys and said bye. Not happy with Tony's read more

Worst body shop ever!!!!!!!!! Many things went wrong but the worst is that on the day of completion they called telling me to come in and pick the car up. I took 2hours off work for this and when I arrived... only an appology was ready not my car. .now I have too take more time off work...and they even called the wrong rental company for me so I had to inform then of that then have a shuttle take me to the correct one....also when I initally called and left a message to rescheduel they didn't confirm the new date so when I came in the denined me and told me I would have to bring it in the following day....just one problem after another......wanna save urself time and a headache choose a differnt shop!!!!!!!!! read more

Rosie from Tonys is the best. Knows her stuff. I have had to use them by choice twice. Recommended them three times to relatives in the past. I again recommended them. Girlfriends car was one week new, and backed into at a parking lot. I had AAA use Tonys. Rosie at dusk did her evaluation with a flashlight and caught on that the car had a pearl-white paint and knew it's a four step paint job. Car was repaired as factory new. Somebody in Los Angeles knocked the drivers side mirror off my BMW while it was parked in Westwood. Of course, no insurance card was left, and I was fronted with the bill. BMW asked for just over $1000 for the repair, but Tony's was willing to do the same for about $520. Got the car back today and the paint matching looks perfect, and the mirror is properly aligned. I brought in my vehicle here since they are partnered with my insurance company. I had heard good things about these guys so I went ahead and gave them a try. My pickup truck needed major work after someone dented the rear passenger door and the bed. They were really kind and professional when i walked in the door. Offered me something to drink while i waited to be attended. Once i was next in like a rep came out and we took a look at the damages to my vehicle. He jotted down everything he saw was damaged. I pointed out that the plastic door rain in the passenger side came loose when the pickup was damaged. He said they would look into it. I was told it would be ready in a couple of weeks. They offered me additional services at a fee. I agreed to their Level 2: wash, vacuum & wax for an extra $50. I left my pickup in their hands and got their shuttle ride back to my house. After about 4 days, I received an email saying my truck would be ready in two weeks and then a few days later i was told it was ready. To my surprise it was ready in a week instead of two. I was super excited! I went to pick it up and i was once again greeted with a smile and friendly service. I paid my deductible and went outside to inspect my truck. I was met by their rep Adrian, who explained the work done. He proceeded to tell me all about the repairs and mentioned they were able to fix the plastic door rain. They were kind enough to install a brand new battery, which i had purchased elsewhere, at no extra cost. My biggest surprise was when he told me they threw in the wax job at no extra cost! My truck now looks brand new again! My only disappointment was i didn't get a peanut bag and a picture taken with my truck ;) ...the wax job was more than enough though :). Best body shop ever! Was recommended by an owner of a reputable mechanic shop in Ventura who I trust wholeheartedly, and he was right! My new car was rear ended in a freeway and later a crazy man in a large truck deliberately rammed into it again on a surface street! As a single woman, it is very difficult to find honest, fair mechanics and body shops! One man in the Antelope Valley tried to force a disgusting "kiss", on me I mean his tongue was out coming after me. I dodged that one and left faster than a cottontail bunny!! Tony's Body shop fixed my car better than it was before because there was a scrape on the bumper before the accidents. Had previously patronized Tony's on the glowing recommendation of a colleague. I had good experience. I did not hesitate to return there for a second repair and to recommend Tony's to others. However my last visit was sorely disappointing. I had to return for the trunk lid to be adjusted as it was noticeably not correct and should have never left the shop that way. They lost my front license plate which requires me to take MY time and get the car re-plated. They offered to reimburse the expensive with no consideration for the my inconvenience. To add insult to injury they after bringing them thousands of dollars in revenue charge to wash your car before delivering to you. No really. Do Not recommend thrm read more
