I was involved in a accident a few weeks ago which forced me to get my car repaired. After some research on the internet, I decided to go to Tony's Body Shop. When I got there I was quickly helped by a nice young man, Jacob, who then directed me to Paul. Paul did the damage assessment & estimation and arranged for a ride to the car rental place. Before leaving for the rental agency, I was given a tour of the body shop. The shop itself was very neat, organized, and busy with workers who apparently take pride in their work. Having inspected many shops in my 37 years as a firefighter, this was easily the best kept shop I had ever seen. During the 2 week process of doing the repairs, Delilah from Tony's Body Shop, kept me apprised of the progress and addressed any needs I had. Paul also kept in touch with any updates with my vehicle. On pickup day, I drove the rental to the shop and Paul arranged for the rental to be picked up. As far as the repair to my car, the damage was assessed at over $2600 to the passenger side doors. The car looked as good as new, they did a great job with the repair. The job was seamless, Paul, Delilah, and Jacob were not only respectful and courteous, they were very efficient at their jobs. So if you have the unenviable task of having repairs done to your vehicle I would highly recommend Tony's Body Shop, they are a excellent run body shop, top notch in my opinion. read more

I scratched the trunk of my car. I knew my husband would be unhappy with me so I took it to Tony's as recommended by Tesla. I spoke to Linda and Jasmine at the desk about the scratch and Christian overheard me. He immediately said lets take a look, asked for my keys and took my car to the back. He came back not 15 min later and the scratched was gone. The staff could not have been nicer. I hope I got all the names correct. Christian also would not take any fee or tip. Thanks you guys. I have had consistently excellent service at Tony's. Most recently, our new 2020 Prius was repaired to look new again after having been scraped and damaged while parked. All damaged parts and paint were replaced with exact make and model matches. We were kept informed of progress and had our car back in just a few days. read more

Can't say enough about Tony's. I had a minor accident after someone hit me from the rear. Their insurance company suggested Tony's for the repairs and I'm glad they did. From start to finish this shop is very professional repair shop. They took my car in on Monday, said it would be ready on Friday and it was! My adjuster Fernando kept me informed with every step as to how it was coming along. He emailed me with photos of the damage along with the estimate. They took care of all the billing with the insurance company. All I had to do was drop my car off for repairs and pick it up when it was finished. Fernando and the staff at Tony's took care of everything. When the car was finished Fernando called to ask what time we would be in to pick it up so they could have it cleaned. To be honest they fixed the dent and it looks nice. My problems though are the communication was terrible the entire time and i was given wrong information for delivery, the few times they called they told me one thing and the insurance something else or they never confirmed things so changes made in scheduling never happened, and communication was just terrible over all, even in person at times. To make matters worse they never redid all the paint and now i need to get the car claimed as a salvage because they didn't do their job right in the first place. read more

I would never refer anyone to this place!!! I had to go back to tonys about 3 times after they said they were done. I was missing fender wells. Then on the top of my cars roof there was rust partials all over because they don't cover cars when grinding/cutting in there shop. Also ran my car into the curb which lead to a huge scratch under the bumper. Started to wax my car after I got it back an noticed stuff under clear coat. The just buffed the spot out where the partials were an still to this day I see where they did that on my hood. Then to top it all off the inside of my car was full of grease from workers an under the hood parts were still loose. Do not go to this place job also too about 2 months. -06 sti read more

I would never recommend this shop. I went for an estimate. They told me I had a cargo van it wasn't worth fixing. It is a work truck. I went back a few weeks later because it looks professional clean and sharp. I picked up my van two weeks later. Parts weren't replaced, tape wasn't removed and the paint did not match. When my car was damaged by a valet I brought it straight to Tony's. They were able to schedule the work to be done when I was out of town so I didn't need a rental. My car looks brand new - they did a flawless job. Everyone we spoke with was friendly and very professional, it was a pleasant smooth process. I have worked with Tony's on two occasions and their entire team is excellent. The customer service, follow-through, and underpromising and over-delivering is 5-star. I worked with Cynthia and Valerie and was extremely impressed. They made sure that my time was valued and not wasted. They were quick but thorough to diagnose what was needed, give a timeline for when the work could begin and how long it would take, and then, finished one day earlier than they told me to expect. When I told them I had appointments and couldn't come to pick up the car right away, they offered to bring it to me! I also appreciated how immaculate the car was returned to me, and that the company is a holiday toy drive donation center! I was excited to participate in their toy drive and appreciate that they upgraded my wash package because of the toy donation I agreed to bring. Thank you, Tony's! So my wife got into a fender bender, after dealing with AAA for a little while we finally got the approval to fix our car as it turns out the other party had no insurance. Fast forward Tony's called me to set up an appointment to bring the car in for an estimate quick process. Appointment scheduled to bring the car in 10 days out due to them being so busy( a lot of bad drivers in the 805) Christian told me it would be 4 to 5 days, which he kept me updated through out as the car progressed. I picked up my car and wow it looked brand new!! The car was freshly washed and they put tire dressing on it. They even vacuumed out the inside, as my children are slobs! First off I dont normally write reviews but Tony's Body Shop deserves this review and it's the least I can do. I took my car thru a drive-thru car wash and I ended up with a scratch running from the front door to the rear door on my Tesla Model S. I got the number for Tony's off the Tesla website as they are a authorized body shop for Tesla. I called them and they told me to bring my car down for a same day estimate. I was politely greeted by Jayson and we walked over to inspect my car so he could give me a estimate to repair the scratch damage. I explained to Jayson that the scratch had occurred at a drive-thru car wash and they were going to be paying for the repair. Running your finger nail over the scratch felt like it was deep into the paint, but when Jayson looked it over he immediately said that he felt that his polisher could get the scratch out. Now here's the kicker... Jayson said that they would be happy to polish out the scratch AS A COURTESY. This is a very honest body shop with stand up employees, Jayson easily could've sold me something I didnt need instead Tony's didnt charge me anything and they fixed my paint in a matter of 10 minutes and this was 40 minutes from when they would be closing for the day. I thought for sure I was gonna be leaving with a estimate that I was going to have to get reimbursed from the car wash instead I left Tony's with no scratch in the paint and not a dollar spent. I will definitely come back to Tony's in the future for any body work needs, they have a new customer and I have the confidence knowing that they are a honest and trustworthy shop. wow such a great experience, I recently crashed my mom's car into a pole and they were so helpful especially with my mother who strictly speaks Spanish. A worker named Valerie was very efficient in translating for her. Also very accommodating and friendly. Paul Garcia did an estimate on damage done to my Subaru. He was very quick about it, only taking about 3 minutes to take the needed photographs. He was very straightforward and pleasant throughout. Additionally, he pointed out an irregularity in the paperwork that the insurance company had sent. They had me down as the person responsible for the deductible, which was incorrect. His pointing it out allow me to clarify with the insurance company before he sent them the estimate. read more

Kathy was very nice & professional was always there to help me in person and on the phone. Dennis went above expectation to help me with my vehicle issues, even though in the end they were not able to complete my repair they took measures that they really didn't have to do for me but as a courtesy did do to let me know what needed to be done with fixing my problem. They repaired my Honda Civic with front damage. The original repair looked great, everyone was friendly and helpful. But then the brake warning lights start coming on. The Honda dealer eventually ($220 later) found the problem - a loose connection near the repaired area. Took the bill to Tony's and they listened carefully, cut a check to cover the cost and took on the task of working things out with the insurance company. Tony's Body Shop repaired my car a few months back and did a great job, but I kept having trouble with the side view mirrors after I picked up the car. The mirrors wouldn't move and didn't fold in when the ignition was turned off. I brought the car in just before closing on Friday and Jason was nice enough to show me the switch to the right of the power mirror control and what position it should be in. That's all it took! Really .this time they said there is prior damage they will not guarantee but they are the ones who did the work. Amazing customer service! my truck was sideswiped while parked in from of my house--kid texting. i asked 3 local friends to recommend an auto body shop and all three independently referred me to Tony's. lucky me. they not only did a great job repairing the truck, but the customer service was amazing. started with Jason , but ultimately finished with Adrian. Adrian walked me through every part of the process, at times seeming to be an advocate for my getting ALL repairs done with good quality work and parts. always kept in the loop. when they finished, i noticed after i picked the truck up, there was still a minor problem with wind noise from the door that was repaired. Adrian asked me to bring it back in so they could fix that as well. they did. never written a yelp review before-usually i just see criticisms, but this time these guys [particularly Adrian] deserve a very positive shout out! read more

I also had them remove the hard water spots that were on my dark blue car from the neighborhood sprinklers and they did a great job with that as well. Car looks amazing! I am very pleased with the customer service i received. I was greeted by lovely girls with a smile on their face, and the estimator was dressed well and professional. They kept me informed throughout the process of my vehicle. And yes they even WASHED it when it was time to pick it up. They all have pride of their work and you can tell. I recently had a run in with a shopping cart and scratched my SUV. I called A.A.A and they recommended Tony's. I expected the worst because the scratch looked terrible. I have had to have a vehicle attended to a couple of times now in the past year and a half, and decided to use Tony's Body shop. Each time has been an excellent experience. The first time my sons Subaru was 5 days old when he was hit by another car. Worried about the color match, and being able to tell the vehicle had been repaired was a serious concern. As an approved AAA repair facility the interface between myself, the insurance co, AAA, and the body shop was flawless. Paul was the service advisor assigned and i can not speak highly enough about his customer service. The car was repaired expertly and you just could not tell it had been repaired at all. Perfect. The most recent time was i had a small repair to my 2013 Mercedes. My fault in reversing into another vehicle. I was worried about the color match and again being able to tell the car was repaired. The vehicle was repaired so well its impossible to see where it was repaired. The Mercedes Silver color is easy to see when its repaired, the repair by Tony's Body shop was perfect. The service agent again was Paul, absolutely delighted with his service. The two ladies at the desk who meet and greet you each time you visit, just could not be more professional and plessent.
