The technician put protective booties on, then walked outside across our black bark landscaping and came right back into our home wearing the same booties. That completely defeats the purpose. I gave permission for him to use our kitchen sink to fill the cleaning tank, which was not a problem. What was a problem was leaving puddles of water all over our kitchen counter and dripping water across the floors from the kitchen to the living room. After paying for a professional cleaning service, I had to re-vacuum and mop my living room myself. But perhaps the most disappointing part is what happened afterward: nothing. We reached out about our experience and the company never responded. No apology. No attempt to make it right. No acknowledgment whatsoever. Mistakes and bad experiences happen. How a company responds to them says a lot about its customer service. In this case, there was no response at all. For the money we paid, I expected professionalism, attention to detail, and a clean, fresh-smelling couch. We received none of those things. I would absolutely not use Oxi Fresh again and cannot recommend their upholstery cleaning service.
