Called randy on short notice. even though it was a saturday and I called at around 1:30, he said he would be able to clean my unit that day at 4:30. He came and did an inspection of my house and explained to me how there were urine stains in the carpet from my dog and that it needed more than just the average steam cleaning. He also used a UV light to verify that there were in fact urine stains on the carpet (which we thought had been cleaned out when we had cleaned our carpet 6 months ago from a different cleaner!). He told us how urine causes bacteria that not only gets agitated when cleaned, but also spreads! I'm glad he told us, bc now we know why our carpet continued to smell. I freaked out when my son dropped a fresh brewed cup of coffee on my new wool carpet. I called Randy, he was quick to talk me off the ledge, and was able to come the following day.
