They have poor customer service and I will not be going there again. If you go into drop off an item (new business), he won't pause his work to take the new business. He will ask you to wait 20 minutes until he is done, customers do not have 20 minutes to wait to drop off an item. I wonder if they really want business or not.

So I went back in to tell her how upset I was that it looked like it was done in 2 seconds something i waited 2 weeks for. I didn't even want to hear what she said. She did tell me she doesn't like SPANISH people, even though she is Spanish. So I guess because of my race I was the least of her priority. As I walked in I was greeted by both a sales assistant and Rebeca the owner. Both were very friendly and accommodating, and within a few minutes, I had beautiful sparkly studs in my ears. I was very pleased with how meticulous Rebeca was on making sure the holes were even, she even pulled out a little ruler to measure. The piercing was pretty painless (it was my third hole so I'm kinda a pro.) I was really happy with my experience. It's a calm environment which I think would be good for kids. You are given a cleaning lotion and instructions how to keep them clean and infection free! I am pretty sure they do cartilage piercing on the ear also. Beside the ear piercing, they have a ton of cute accessories to browse. I ended up getting a necklace that have been searching for after seeing it on a girl at the Belmont Stakes. Thanks to Rebeca and Zaraz for a great ear piercing and a cute necklace to go with my summer wardrobe! Also love to keep my business in Lynbrook. I most def recommend Zaraz for ear piercing!
