I got there when they first opened and came to learn that was Jami who answered my call. I tried on my dress and he put together a plan. He literally added material to my dress so perfectly and beautifully that he not only made the dress look better, but it zipped up seamlessly. If he says it is going to be done on a particular day guaranteed it will not be done that day and you will be subjected to waiting and waiting based on his schedule. No system in place he just writes things (notes) down randomly on pieces of paper. As soon as you walk in to his tailoring shop you will see that it is completely unorganized and in need of cleaning and sanitizing. I started coming here 5 years ago and noticed this chaotic genious at the very start but I was willing to deal with it because my clothes came back to me at a bespoke level.....well sadly that level has deteriorated to the worst tailoring and lack of business integrity on Tony's part retirement for him unfortunately is a must .

They have poor customer service and I will not be going there again. If you go into drop off an item (new business), he won't pause his work to take the new business. He will ask you to wait 20 minutes until he is done, customers do not have 20 minutes to wait to drop off an item. I wonder if they really want business or not.

As I walked in I was greeted by both a sales assistant and Rebeca the owner. Both were very friendly and accommodating, and within a few minutes, I had beautiful sparkly studs in my ears. I was very pleased with how meticulous Rebeca was on making sure the holes were even, she even pulled out a little ruler to measure. The piercing was pretty painless (it was my third hole so I'm kinda a pro.) I was really happy with my experience. It's a calm environment which I think would be good for kids. You are given a cleaning lotion and instructions how to keep them clean and infection free! I am pretty sure they do cartilage piercing on the ear also. Beside the ear piercing, they have a ton of cute accessories to browse. I ended up getting a necklace that have been searching for after seeing it on a girl at the Belmont Stakes. Thanks to Rebeca and Zaraz for a great ear piercing and a cute necklace to go with my summer wardrobe! Also love to keep my business in Lynbrook. I most def recommend Zaraz for ear piercing!
