The grandma pie was phenomenal, perfectly crisp on the bottom, pillowy inside, with that beautiful golden crust that so few places actually nail. The regular pizza held its own too, with solid sauce, great cheese pull, and a crust that had real character. But what ties it all together is the ownership. This is a true owner-operated spot, and you feel it in every detail, the care in the kitchen, the warmth at the counter, the consistency in every bite. When the owner is on site, this place is firing on all cylinders. Five star service, no question. And order the rice ball, packed with cheese and meat and hotttt out of the oven. Cascarino's is, without a doubt, the best pizza and Italian food restaurant in the area. It is worth the drive. I have made it twice in two weeks and am already thinking about a third trip.
