This is an update from my previous review two years ago, which was also five stars. I have ordered takeout many times from here since then and there pizza and other food is always on the money. Most recently, I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon after another local pizza place had no pizza. I ordered two plain slices with the soda. I paid five dollars and the slices were quite large. They heated them up and I was out the door within three minutes. As always, the staff were extremely polite and friendly, and the establishment was clean. We were grocery shopping and we're starving so my family and I decided to stop here for a few slices. The staff here is welcoming and the slices were very good. The place has a full bar which we didn't try but it's nice to know you can come here maybe in the evening and have a drink. I had a Margherita slice, my husband had a buffalo chicken slice and the kid had a plain slice. They were all very tasty. I'm very surprised that this place doesn't have better ratings, I'm originally from bklyn and ive had amazing Pizza so I know a good slice when I have it and this place was better than some other local pizzerias. read more

Although I had something to eat at the hotel, I was starving when I left work. I started looking for a place on my route and found Marcelino's. I ordered the Garlic Bread Parmigiana and a Romano Pizza to go. The inside is slender, but there is plenty of seating. There is a pretty good bar... I saw my fav... Grey Goose Vodka. The pizza maker and bartender were so friendly and helpful. The ingredients were super fresh and the crust hand tossed (I watched him toss it). They have a rather large menu, but I would highly recommend stopping in for pizza. read more

Food was good, but they overcharged my credit card by 50%. Apparently, they do this routinely. So, if you eat there, save your receipt for when you have to dispute the charge with your credit card company. read more

I started getting takeout here a year ago - pizza, eggplant parm and lasagna always excellent! Ate in the dining room in the back for the first time - awesome! Baked clams the best I've had! Whole clam not chopped up and linguini and clams and spaghetti and meatball off the chart - can't wait to come back and try more dishes ! read more

stopped by here to order some to go lunch while I shop at the price choppers next door. The staff was very friendly and made sure to get down my order while I went next door to shop. So, they were few minutes later then they told me, but apologized and hey glad for it, they cared. So, I got a plain slice and a Stromboli, the pizza slice was alright, pretty standard slice. Now the Marcelino stromboli, for a medium size it was gigantic and glad they remember I asked for no peppers in it. There was plenty of meat and the cheese was fully melted, plus all the meats were thinly sliced so good, rather than chucks. plus the crust was perfect no burn marks or overcooked. read more

I was introduced to Marcelino's pizzeria & calzones. Their food is as good as NYC Italian pizza. Their cheese calzone is incredible, with so much cheese. It so big it can feed three people. It's actually around 19" long. The large pizza comes with 8 regular size slices. Their garlic knots are huge & they come with losts of garlic oil with basil & chunks of garclic pieces. Everything is freshly made while you wait. I also bought some chocolate chip cookies & they're so good. I recommend this place to all pizza lovers. You won't regret it. read more

Stopped in here for a pizza as we had never tried it before. The people were nice, the service was good, the pizza was burned black underneath. Every bite tasted of carbon. I know there's a fine line between well done and burned but this pie wasn't anywhere near well done on top, just burned on the bottom. How could someone look at that and think it was OK to serve? read more

Stopped in for lunch to have some pizza with the family and the pizza was pretty much average. The slices were really thin so the slices would "flop" over as we tried to eat so we had to use two hands as we guided the slice into our esophagus. Seating was ample and we had a pleasant lunch. We inquired about the restaurant portion of their business since there clearly was a dining room that was blocked off during lunch. They told us the restaurant portion of the business opens after 5pm which we have yet to sample. read more

Worst Lasagna on the planet. Menu said it was ground beef? Im not sure what it was, but it was full of grizzle and had a funky smell. Ended up throwing it out for fear it was going to make me sick. Lasagna was crunchy! Not the noodles, but the meat/sauce whatever you call that. Took a closer look at the "meat" and saw there was bread crumbs maybe in it? Not sure. Im glad I purchased it on their special pasta night and only paid $10.95. Will not be going here ever again. Oh and I forgot to mention, it's also a bar in the front with construction workers drinking beer, which is ok, but the bad language in front of the customers left a little less to be desired. read more

Pizza is floppy greasy and bland. I'm not a big pizza person but I stop here on the way home from work to grab pizza for kids. The last 2 times I stopped off after work I told them my name and my wife's nam, for the order and both times I got the runaround about them having no order. I distinctly said it could have been an online order. There was literally one pizza ready and after looking at the ticket twice the both counter guys said no order. I said are you sure? it might be an online order. "Oh online order, they look at the same pizza and say oh here it is. To top it off the guy got mad I corrected him and tried puffing his chest out like a tough guy. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else. Definitely way better options read more

Very disappointed with their use of grub hub, either they do not know how the app works or they are taking advantage of it's use for profit. They Do Not deliver until 4:00 PM but they offer it through the grub hub app. They submit that is it being made so grub hub cannot cancel the order. Really disappointed with their customer service. Wanted to try a new place in our town and didn't even get the chance to review their food. I do not recommend with so many other options in the area read more

OMG..These people are on another planet. Will never ever step foot in there again. I went in to pick up an order tonight and NOT ONE person in there was wearing a mask, NOT ONE. I looked into the kitchen and NOT ONE person in there was wearing a mask either. The bar was full of patrons sitting right next to each other drinking and the waitress serving them wasn't even wearing a mask. It's this type of selfish, irresponsible behavior that has put us in our current situation. read more

Just get the pizza. Their chicken dish's' are no bueno. A steamed full breast( in no way flattened or flavored in anyway), in chicken broth over noodles, 3 different chicken dishes, all the same except some egg on the Francese. Ordered twice from here. 1st time I ordered wings with with my pie and when I went to pick it up the guy said I didn't order wings and shrugged while offering me a garlic knot instead. im am a stay at home parent of three two boys one girl and I I live 9 mins away and I was told that their deliver driver/cook wouldnt be able to get to that place (my home) even tho they have never even been to my location I felt brushed off and left out what type of business this I'm relived to know they didn't make my food because with that much effort put towards delivery there's no way they could have the energy to put love in my food like it so deserved so to the people of the community who go to this place and who are trying to feed there kids after this experience I will become a food critic because this is just wrong on so many levels we gotta at least try cmon read more

Pizza was okay, a little thin and a little greasy. Staff seemed disinterested in the customers. Our service was fine when we arrived and throughout our meal, but when some other younger customers arrived, they seemed to focus their attention on them and became indifferent to some customers that arrived later.The manager might want to let staff know that they should not have a beer while working, even if it is your friend buying it for you. read more

I have had great experiences with the place. The owner is friendly. The food is better than others in the area, but the most recent time I ordered the woman who picked up the phone was unprofessional and rude. She even hung up on us because we thought we ordered delivery and she thought we ordered pick up. We gave her the address and she never clarified how we were going to receive our food. I can not believe how rude this woman was. She did not offer to deliver us the food after this miscommunication and would not take responsibility. I've taken two groups here about a year apart and both occasions were great. The food was very good as well as the service. The first group was only 14 the second group was around 18. Not a complaint from anyone in the group. This is a hidden treasure but it is tucked away in the corner of the Price Chopper Plaza so I'm sure many people don't realize it's there. read more
