This was my first time at this salon and I was getting acrylics. I have never had acrylics before so I was a little nervous. I had done a lot of research and read reviews about different salons. Honestly I had no clue which salon to pick and choosing was very stressful. But let me tell you I am so extremely happy with my choice. I scheduled an appointment with Tony the manager and went on the same day. All of the staff was extremely kind and very friendly. They also spoke very good English!!! It took about 1 hour and 30 min. to get my acrylics done. He gave me honest responses about my nails and I love how they turned out!! They cost a total of $25 which is pretty good compared to most places. I would DEFINITELY recommend this Salon!! And I will definitely be back soon read more

I had a 10:00AM appointment. Arrived 10 minutes earlier to be sure I was on time. It was 10:25 and nobody showed to open salon. I called and they had a number to call after hours, tried it and there was no answer and VM was full. My time is just as valuable as theirs. I had an appointment I didn't just show up. This place was just okay, nothing special. They were friendly enough, although even though I called ahead, the owner kind of ignored me and just waived me over to a table when I came in. The thing I love about the desert is that there are no bugs this time of the year. However, two flies were all over me during my gel manicure. The manicure was okay, but could have used another coat of polish, as it looks a little thin, particularly on my longer tips. My husband had a pedicure and the lady who did that was more than overly aggressive, and hurt him cutting his cuticles. The place itself was decent and clean. They use plastic bags in the pedicure tubs to keep things more disinfected, and have a clean, unopened sterilized set of manicure tools, which is excellent. Good pricing and I like that they use Square for payment and let you add the tip to the credit card bill. read more

Terrible customer service! My husband and I walked in to the nail salon, there were 3 people standing around (2 women and a guy) the guy asked do you have appointment? I said no but we would like 2 pedicures please. The guy looked us up and down and said something in another language to Tony then said 20 min. I looked around wondering why it would take 20 minutes since there were 3 people standing around talking with no customers? We walked out and went across the way to another nail salon. Just moved to North Indio and was looking for a great nail salon.....Well, I found it! It's new, clean and the staff is as friendly as it gets. I love that they line the pedicure bath and use all new, clean files, etc.. for each client. They also use great organic products! I was impressed right when I walked in! So very disappointed! I have been getting my nails done by Tony off and on for about 4 years. I even followed him when he was moving from shop to shop. I saw him about 4 weeks ago to have my nails fixed. I have nails that are dipped in powder. I walked in and The shop was completely empty. I asked him if he could do my fill and he said yes. I was immediately regretful. He was not careful. My nails were hot from the drill and he kept getting my cuticle. He started to prep my nails for an acrylic fill. When I told him they were dipped he said it was the same thing. No it is not! He also told me he never did the powder dip on my nails. I told him that he did the last time. He argued but did what I wanted...his way, with the acrylic powder and glue??? The whole time complaining. He ruined my beautiful nails! I pointed out some areas that were lifted and said can you fix these so I don't get a fungus. He said I wouldn't get a fungus but did not fix them. He was rough and even joked about it using the drill. He had always done a beautiful job and this time my nails were crap. What happened Tony? I will never ever step foot in this shop again and now I have to find someone to repair the damage he did. What a waste of my money and my time! I am so disappointed and wonder why people continue to do a job they obviously hate and that shows in the quality. read more

My pedicure was great, but I asked for a manicure with clear polish, and she did not remove the old clear polish, just sanded down my nails and the let me out of the chair. I think she was in a hurry because someone was waiting for a pedicure. read more

I can not recommend this salon and spa. I had a $30 pedicure a week ago. The job was very rushed. Mine was completed in less than 30 minutes while a friend having the same pedicure was 50 minutes. She did not push back my cuticles but spent quite a long time massaging my legs and feet. When the polish was applied, it was only applied to about 3/4 of the nail. The polish is rough and bumpy, clearly very old and trying to get every drop out of the bottle. When I went back in a week, I was told that my nails could grow out that much in a week. The woman who did the pedicure would not even come and look at the job and was very rude. I told her that if she wouldn't stand behind her work, she shouldn't be in her job. She told me I couldn't get a refund and if I wanted them redone I would have to pay. Needless to say, I will never go back there again and don't recommend this place. read more

This is an awesome salon I have never been treated badly, and if I am not happy with one of my nails they fix it with a smile on their faces. I love the Service. I'm not gonna lie I do have my favorites in the salon and some are better than others but that is life and I never leave there unhappy, out of the numerous times I have visited the salon I have only had a cuticle cut one time very small and the technician apologized repeatedly, bottom line if you have super dry cuticles they're going to cut easily no matter who's doing your nails for those people complaining of that issue. read more

Currently here: I've never had a bad experience at a salon before... But from the second i walked in I should've walked out. They all looked at each other like I was that customer walking in 5 mins before closing. All of us have dealt with a customer like that at some point if you've worked well ANYWHERE. But I came at 5:30 for a pedicure... They close at 7 soooo I'm confused at the looks I got from them all. I've never had a problem with atmosphere at a salon. I mean hey let's be honest we are all used to being talked crap about at a salon. But this was different they were quiet like they'd prefer me dead or elsewhere instead of here paying a service at their business. HOWEVER the massage was pretty awesome. So they get another star for that. I asked for French tip.... It's okay I guess. I came here because of the great reviews but ehhh there's better in the valley. Also I'd like to add that they are very clean. They just need to improve customer service. The guy seemed sweet towards the end but I mean the experience was off & weird from the beginning so it just threw everything off. read more

I did get fast service, but it was so fast my cuticles are now bleeding. The lady doing my nails also laughed at them when she saw how short they were. I appreciate people who are quick and can get me in and out. However, if going too quick is going to cause me pain and discomfort I'd rather she took her time. Maybe if they work on their customer service and go a little bit slower I'd come back. My nails look good other than the occasional spots of blood at the cuticles. I went with my family who got pedicures and the ladies who do those take their time. I guess if you're coming for a pedicure it's a great choice but if you just need a manicure I'd avoid it. read more

So disappointed in salon.. owner is rude, too cocky and rushes through work. First time I went did an okay job. When I went to get a fill Tony was very sloppy, he didn't even measure the nails correctly some significantly shorter than the others and even did the gel polish horribly. I had a top coat I wanted him to use but since it was regular polish he told me no and that he had his own top coat. That top coat he used ended up forming black spots all over against the white gel I had underneath which didn't form till later. I went back and he re polished them, and then told me to use my own top coat on them. I asked for stiletto tips and they were more like an oval almond, it was just an overall bad experience and will certainly never go back. They ended up looking like a 3rd greater did them. Sucks cause I had high hopes when my coworkers told me to go check them out. And on top of it, the owner is full of attitude! I would just stay away from this place. read more
