However, I will say George is very friendly and has great customer service so I'm not for sure if I could give the kind of review that I really want to because he helped me allot while having to be under the owner of the apartments strict guidelines! The owner of the apartments are extremely cheap so I'm not for sure if the job that this company did was due to contract they had with the owner of the apartments. I will say that George went a little above and beyond for me and I appreciate him, but the overall job of what took place in my apartment took a very long time and it was a job that I believe could have been broken up in days rather than a job that took almost 12 hours to complete and I still had to have maintenance come over to complete the job that they left un repaired! For example, the bathtub that I got was beautiful, but they didn't caulk or a cover-up some of the areas after they installed it so when the maintenance came over, I was told that this company told them that they didn't have to seal up the opening that is left and that they were only going to cover up the holes that were left where bugs could come through after this company finish the drywall near the bathtub! So other words, I have a beautiful bathtub, but it's not properly sealed, and there is an area where there is a space between the floor that wasn't initially there so it looks like when I were to mop the floor water could spill down in between the space area that was left un repaired! When the owner of this company showed up, he seemed to have an attitude and his service wasn't really friendly at all! His name is Art and he seemed to rush George and I believe that that was part of the reason why the job wasn't completed in my opinion or thoroughly explained to me when they left as to why they left it that way I had to call maintenance who I didn't want to deal with again in the first place to come over and that was a long drawn out or deal so it's hard to say with this company. I personally wouldn't give them another try but because George and his son were very kind and it seemed good at what they did they make this company worthwhile! There were debris left that wasn't cleaned up and some areas of my apartment as well as outside of my apartment and after so long of dealing with these horrible apartment owners and maintenance. It sucks to have to go through vendors that aren't as professional or organized as you assume that they would be.!
