This BBQ place is a must go. When I got to El Paso last year, I was told I had leave the state and to go to Cloudcroft for good BBQ. Tony's is leagues above Cloudcroft. As soon as you walk in, the people inside welcome you in with a cheery and familiar disposition. I think it's the first time since I moved here that I felt like a local walking into a small family owned place, it felt great! The ribs are juicy on the inside yet crunchy on the outside, meat falling off the bone when you take a bite. The chili tasted and looked like bean soup, certainly not a Texas chili, but it was amazing nonetheless. I'll definitely be back for more.

2 meat combo- beef and chicken breast.

I am from California and was only in El Paso for a day. The BBQ need was hitting me, and we found Tony's. Thank goodness we did! For starters, their hospitality, service and unpretentious welcoming attitude was refreshing! Many restaurants should train with their staff on hospitality. Next, the BBQ was classic! I ordered the 2 meat combo that comes with 2 sides. I got beef and chicken breast- both were cooked perfectly. The beef was thinly sliced and tender, the chicken breast was great and not dry. It was what I think of when I think of wanting chicken. Great sides- tasty macaroni salad and savory, good chili beans. Their BBQ sauce was slather worthy. Plenty of food at a great price. Please go there. You'll leave with a smile on your face.

The food was absolutely amazing -- everything we ordered was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully prepared. You could tell a lot of care went into both the menu and presentation. What really stood out, though, was how attentive and genuinely kind our server was throughout the evening. Even with how busy El Paso was that weekend, we never felt rushed or overlooked. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and it ended up being one of our favorite dining experiences of the trip. If I return to El Paso in the future, Neighbor Good Kitchen & Bar will definitely be on my list of places to visit again.

For starters the atmosphere was so cute. Absolutely loved the bar and hanging pots everywhere. Such a clean restaurant and cute vibe. Our waitress was very nice and friendly to us. So no issues there! For drinks I got their berry lemonade which tasted just like lemon juice. I had to request for sugar to be added since it was so sour so beware. My food had came out and to be honest I'm just a little bit disappointed. The rigatoni was cooked but the sauce for it was really not tasty? Like there was almost not a flavor I can taste. Of course there was something but it was very plain and barely even there. It also was not spicy whatsoever. I added grilled chicken too and oh boy was that dry dry DRY. The burrata personally I'm not a fan in general so of course I wouldn't be a fan this time either but they gave a nice little plate full of it. They added some oiled toasted bread and it was way too crispy in my opinion. My partner got the chicken Parmesan and his dish tasted great! Very juicy chicken and cooked all the way. The sauce was perfect too nice and flavorful and great pairing with the chicken. His butter noodles were just like regular butter noodles so not bad. Finally the crème brûlée. Probably the most disappointing dish we ordered. It took repeated stabs to break the sugar glaze on top. Me and my partner were honestly thinking that they added the cream on top to hide how burnt it was actually. Unfortunately because the glaze was so thick and burnt it made the rest of the cream taste have the burnt flavor. It was sad because my partner was looking forward to this desert. Also took wayyy longer to arrive than our entrées. I will say that the waitress was very helpful and she actually covered the crème Brulé. I didn't even ask she just offered, I think she could tell that we didn't enjoy it and I had nicely told her it wasn't what we were expecting so thank you sincerely. Overall I think this is a perfect spot to maybe try drinks and hang with friends. Food was okay, wouldn't try it again in that regard but overall a decent spot here in El Paso if you're looking for something new. Maybe best to ask what's their best dish to serve. Overall thank you.

I came in alone today because I wanted the Lamb shawarms and had a little time to kill. It's also a fun art deco sort of environment, so that's fun. Thing started going downhill when the shawarma arrived with raw halved cherry tomatoes. One of the great things about that sandwich is the grilled tomatoes. It cuts the sharpness of the tomatoes and gives a beautiful sweetness to them. The server delivered the plate and ran... I am only exaggerating slightly. I didn't see him for 10 minutes while I nibbled at the (undercooked) fries. I intentionally drink down my tea so that an empty glass might catch his attention and he finally arrived. I absolutely hate sending food back and thought about removing them, but it's just not the same. In any case, he apologized, took the plate away and promised to come back with more tea and water. Eventually the plate came back and the tea and water were refilled shortly after that. Two of the tomatoes seem to have almost reached the bare minimum definition of grilled. The other 6 were fresh, plump, and still firm. I scraped them all off at that point. To add to the issues, the plate doesn't seem to have been under the heat lamp. The undercooked fries returned, only now they were cold. It's moderately busy and they seem to only have one server working. He's friendly and polite if a bit rushed by the understaffing. The sandwich even without the tomatoes? Delicious. The fries were a huge disappointment today and they are usually delicious. I'm gonna chalk this up to a collision of bad luck. I genuinely love the food here, but I definitely should have gone elsewhere tonight.

The brisket was perfect with a great salt and pepper bark, juice meat with some great marbling. The Habanero sausage was pretty mild but had just a little kick while allowing the fruity notes of the habanero come through. The sides were also excellent as was the complementary corn bread. This is the barbecue that does not need the sauce it's that good! Service was really good. Thick slices with a beautiful smoke ring, deep flavor, and that perfect balance of tenderness and structure. It was juicy without being greasy, and the bark had just the right bite. The brisket sandwich was equally satisfying. Simple, honest, and generous, with crisp onions and a soft bun that let the meat shine. The ribs had great flavor, but were a bit on the dry side during this visit. Still enjoyable, but the brisket definitely stole the show. Sides were a mix. The green beans were outstanding. Easily some of the best I've had at a barbecue spot. Full of flavor and clearly cooked with care. The beans and cornbread were solid and comforting. The coleslaw, though, didn't quite stand out and was the only item I'd probably skip next time. The space itself adds to the experience. Open, casual, and unpretentious. It feels like a place focused on doing barbecue right rather than trying to be trendy. FYI: You order first & they bring out the food to you. Overall, Hallelujah BBQ is absolutely worth visiting, especially for the brisket and those green beans. I'll definitely be back.
