Expect there to be a little wait time because the food is prepared when you place your order. Every thing came out hot and was fresh. The hot dogs were delicious, the fries seasoned just right and crispy, the mac and cheese was "black people" mac and cheese(as one of my nieces' calls it). It had plenty of sharp cheddar cheese in it, not just melted on top seasoned just right with black pepper and other seasonings. I went back for a second helping of that. Several of my family member ate food from Proc's they all enjoyed their food as well. They are located in Spartanburg, but travel to other places.
