We are Central Coast California (Santa Maria Tri Tip land) transplants and we love our grilled tri tip. We also picked up some marinated carne asada and chicken. Even found my favorite Happy Cow Habanero Jack cheese! My Tri Tip was the best I've had since moving here almost 3 years ago! I'm heading in today to grab some tallow for frying and of course another tri tip! Do yourself a favor and stop here for all of your summer grilling needs!
