After walking the strip trying to decide which restaurant we wanted to go to, we settled on this place honestly because of how busy they were. The restaurants to the right and left of them had zero to very few customers and we thought it was probably a good sign that this place was popping'! It was around lunchtime on a Friday afternoon and they actually had a small wait. There was a party of six before us (we were a party of 2). We probably waited less than three minutes and were sat. I'm new to Thai food so understandably I was a bit intimidated by the menu. So I settled for the chicken skewers and the curry puffs. The server said they were closely related to the taste of Samosas. Unfortunately, I didn't love the curry puffs. My chicken skewers were just OK unfortunately I didn't like the peanut sauce that they offered with them. But my friend was a lot braver than me and she ordered the Pad Kee Mow and it was fantastic. I definitely had food envy. I definitely would love to try this place again and try one of their curry dishes. I would've tried one today, but I was just not quite in the mood for curry.

Located in k-town area, it has shared parking with all the other stores within the plaza and it can get crowded during busy hours. Very casual walk in ambiance, but I loved the decorations hanging from ceilings and walls, made it feel like a festival. The service was quick and friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the chicken pad kee mow, medium spicy. The noodles were soft but still bouncy, the sauce was savory and spicy, my only complaint is I wish the portion was bigger haha. Also ordered the nue daad dieo (beef jerky). It wasn't as dried and crispy as I thought it would be but was still very good.

Food was phenomenal. Got the pork ribs (cooked to perfection) tom kha Kai (didn't expect it to be that flavorful given the color but it was actually good) pad kee mow is the best we had Garlic egg fried rice (lacked garlic flavor). Food arrived Pretty quick and everything was flavorful! You self enter when you arrive to get on waitlist on the iPad. The tables are very close to each other but we were fine, it gave street food eating type of vibe. Nice indoor decor! Bathroom was alright!

This restaurant is always so packed, even on a week day! The food came out really quickly. I was really impressed by the food overall, which did not come as a surprise since I had heard this place was popular. The pad see ew had really good flavor and was the perfect sweetness and texture. Even the Khao man gai was perfectly boiled, the chicken tender. I would say the protein portion size is appropriate for the price.

Too Thai Street Eats is a popular (and always busy) Thai spot in Carrollton. After multiple visits, I figured it was finally time to write a review for one of my absolute favorite spots in the metroplex. My Overall Rating - 5 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere - Too Thai is always buzzing with energy. Whether it's a weekday lunch or a weekend dinner, the place is consistently packed - and for good reason. Look up and you'll see vibrant décor. Inside it has an upbeat vibe, and the hum of happy diners make it feel like a true Thai street market experience. It's lively, a little chaotic in the best way. 1 Star. Service - Despite the crowds, the service is always on point. The staff is friendly, attentive, and efficient. They handle the rush with grace and make you feel welcome every time. If it's busy, make sure you come in and enter your name a phone number to get in line. After that you can walk around the shopping strip until your table is ready. 1 Star. Food - I've ordered most items on the menu, but here are my "always order" dishes. Chicken Wings. These Thai wings are crispy, sticky, sweet, and spicy all at once. I eat mine with chopsticks because my fingers get messy. Next I usually order a whole fried fish. This is a Thai staple, and Too Thai does it right. It arrives golden and crispy, with fresh noodle and herbs, with a rich, tangy sauce on the side that's both bold and balanced. Watch out for bones! But those who venture forth will be rewarded. 2 Stars. Will I Return? - Yes. After multiple visits, this is a long overdue review. Too Thai has earned a permanent spot in my rotation. Whether I'm introducing friends to it for the first time or just craving those wings again, I'll keep coming back. It's worth the drive to Carrollton. 1 Star.

In our opinion, this is one of the better Thai restaurants in DFW. We have been here a few times and every time, we enjoy our food. We ordered the beef jerky, seafood prik pao , pad Thai and mango sticky rice for dessert. All good flavors. I wonder if I can ask them to tone down the sweetness next time. We'll see. The Thai tea was more ice than I wanted. I will try to ask less ice next time. Service was good. Place is vibrant.

My only issue is I always pay extra money for level 6 and it's never spicy enough. If you're paying extra for a spicy level, they need to ensure it's very spicy. Otherwise customers are throwing money away for no reason. I haven't had a 6 spice level that didn't taste like a 3 or less while paying extra money for it

This Thai restaurant is my go-to for Thai food! It is located at Koreatown so parking can be difficult, especially in the weekends, but the service is very quick. We thought we would wait a few hours because the line was very long but they sat us in 20 minutes. The restaurant is very loud so it is not the best place to talk and catch up but the food is very good. We ordered Pad Kee Mow, Panang Curry, Crab Fried Rice, and Crispy Chicken Skin. I really enjoyed the Crab Fried Rice and the Panang Curry!

Nice original Thai restaurant in the Asian Shopping Center. Feel authentic. Nice ambiance and decor with "Taxi" for photo shot at the back. Service was fast. Selection was good. We ordered Pad Thai, Crab Fried Rice and Crispy Skin as snack. All of them hit the spot in taste. The minor issue is the spiciness. My friend asked for 2. I asked for Spicy. We cannot feel the chili at all?? I have to add the cut chili and sambal. Still not spicy. Not sure what's wrong. Other than that, it's a good Thai spot. Will come again to try different menu when I am in the area.

My favorite thai place in the DFW area!!! I will say they keep things authentic. The pad kee mao is my favorite thing I've tried so far. Every time I come back I'm going to have to try something new. The pad thai was also great. Service is quick and efficient and the inside is super cute. One thing I would skip (unfortunately) is the thai tea. To me it was really milky, I just didn't love it.

My friends and I came on a really busy Sunday, and it was not their best day. But I don't believe it was their fault. Their air conditioning was out. It was so hot, I can't even imagine how it was for the staff, especially in the kitchen. They brought in fans, but they were just pushing hot air around. As for the food, it came out hot and fast. I ordered the pad kee mao with beef. It was very tasty, but there must have been some mix up with the spice. I asked for a level 3 and this came out not spicy at all. I can handle some spice but always play it conservatively when it comes to Thai and Indian food. I don't usually come to this area on the weekends, as it is bananas. I will come again during the week when it is easier to get in and out. The food WAS tasty and there is a reason it was still packed while the air was out on a 94 day.

Fairly good Thai food! Gets packed. Not too shabby. Comfort food. Parking can get crazy.

They may have over sauced my pad see ew, very salty. I only had a few bites and drank the entire glass of water, then took the rest to go.

When picking up our $28 take-out order, I showed the cashier the 10% coupon from the Ad Pages Go Mobile app. The coupon clearly states "Ad Pages Go Mobile App accepted". The cashier said this was not the case and a paper coupon was required. The owner and his wife were sitting at a nearby booth. When I continued to plead my case to the cashier, she asked the owner who also refused to accept the Ad Pages App coupon. Again, I pleaded my case based on what is written on the coupon and the owner was adamant about not accepting it. This is over 10% of a $28 tab ($2.80)! The arrogance, shadiness, and disgusting customer service displayed by the owner leads me to not return.

I dislike eggplant very much & usually pick it out, but I ate it ALL because it wasn't cooked to mush. In fact, all the veggies were perfectly cooked. I got tofu, it was good, but I didn't realize it'd be fried tofu... my tummy typically can't handle fried stuff, so I'll get a different protein next time. The staff here are very sweet and helpful with questions about the menu and were not afraid to point out popular choices. For instance, I asked which of the dishes were best with roasted duck as the chosen protein. Our server indicated that the Basil Duck and the Duck Curry were the best and that the Duck Curry was more popular. So I chose that and my husband ordered the Thai Lo Mein with Beef and we split the Fresh Salad Rolls with added shrimp with peanut sauce. All of the items were amazing. The curry was unique and included added sweetness from pineapple and lychee. It was soooooooo good. The salad rolls were great with fresh peanut sauce. So nice with the added shrimp.
