I ordered for pick up. They have a sign that clearly directs pickup to the right (the adjoining Boba Tea), and they couldn't find my order. They finally found it and told me I should have asked for it on the other side, stating the pickup directions only applies to DoorDash/UberEats drivers (though the sign DID NOT make that distinction). My husband and I ordered the following items for takeout: BT Chicken Wings - "Thai style chicken wings served with our special homemade sauce." Excellent, tender wings and good seasoning. Pad Kee Mow - "Fresh big flat noodles stir-fried with choice of meat, garlic-chili pepper, sweet Thai basil, tomatoes, green vegetables, egg, carrots, bell peppers, onions." We love our flat noodle beef dishes and this one was incredible and seasoned very well. Green Salmon Curry - "Salmon filet 6 oz. in homemade green sauce pea, carrot, Thai sweet basil." THIS was the standout dish to me and I would go back simply for that dish alone. This was my first time to have salmon with green curry. Green is my favorite and now I can count salmon as one of my very favorite proteins for green curry. WOW! Once a month on a Sunday, they host a vegan buffet and it's absolutely amazing. The stir-fried tofu dishes are flavorful and satisfying, and the soups are rich and comforting. It also comes with a mango kale salad that I would genuinely come back just for, it's that good. I hate to have to write this review because I've been going to this restaurant for years, but I picked up some shrimp pad Thai on Tuesday night after work like I normally do and I have now had food poisoning for the last two days. Clearly somebody in the kitchen either did not clean their hands or they left food out but within three hours, I was throwing up my food for hours and I still haven't been able to keep food down. Best Thai used to be a very good Thai restaurant. The food used to be crisp, tasty and well-prepared. Unfortunately, it has gone downhill. Last time I was there we ordered spicy dishes but the food was bland. We ordered high spice and the waitress said the cook must have understood low spice. The food actually looked very different from the photo in the menu; most of the plate was rice filler. The entire restaurant was served by one or two waitresses so they had to rush and not spend the time to describe what you're getting. There were no crisp vegetables. I think I've said this before, but this is one of my favorite Thai restaurants in Addison! Definitely top of my list. Everything is always fresh and the taste is consistent. The service is always quick and easy and the servers are always pretty nice. This place is small, but it's decorated really cute and I was surprised to see that they added a few more booths when I went in this time. Really loved our dinner at Best Thai Signature this week. We tried the soy beef and vegan salmon red curry. Our service was good, and employees were able to recommend certain items. Additionally, the ambiance is cute! The place is decorated well. It's a smaller restaurant so I am unsure if they can handle big groups but it's great for a casual dinner. I've eaten here many, many times. Whether it's in the restaurant or to go. And always am more than pleased! I think my personal top 3 are the Tom Kha soup, Yellow Curry, and the Kra Pow. Just a side note... I'm not a vegetarian, but I've only had every dish here with tofu instead of meat. And am always happy. horrible customer service. went out to eat with two friends and I was starving. ordered my food at the same time as my friends. when my friends food was brought out the server informed me that they were out of an item tha I had ordered. they offered for me to order something else but never returned to the table to take that order. I was left to sit and watch my friends eat. once both my friends had finished eating the server returned and offered again for me to re order but so much time had past both of my friends had already finished. ORDER I'll be honest, I did not order so I only know that these were some of the few dishes that we had, though we did have quite a lot that you can see in the photos that I have posted. As a result, my review is pretty general with a couple specific details interspersed. - Pad Kee Mow - Pad Thai - Tom Yum Soup - Banana Ro Thai - Mango and Sticky Rice Overall, the food is super flavorful. I was never really a fan of Thai food just because of my peanut allergy and all those risks, but I tried the food here and it's so good! I like all the complex flavors from sour to more tropical and coconut flavors. The foods are all well cook and come out piping hot. Everything tasted so good. The portions are decently sized as well. For the dessert, the Banana Ro Thai is banana with roti and served with green tea ice cream. The green tea ice cream is really green but still tastes really good with everything together. The Mango Sticky Rice is also very good as well! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to try Thai food. Though I can't compare this place to other Thai places due to my lack of experience, I had a great dining experience and everything was flavorful, well-made, and delicious! VIBES Interior has lots of spacing. We sat in the room toward the back which had pretty wall art. SERVICE The owners are so so sweet! One of my family friends used to work here way back when and they have come a long way since then. The food is delicious! But they must be under new management. The atmosphere has been gentrified. Beverages in mason jars??!! Live musical performances that are in no way related to eastern/Asian culture?!? What happened to the East Asian sights on the screens?!? This is a bad business move. Folks enjoy a dining experience that is reflective of the culture. With these changes this restaurant could be any restaurant serving Thai food. Stop gentrifying everything. Loyal customers don't need grass walls, mason jars, etc to enjoy their experience. And at the very least have music and make design decisions that reflect the culture. Next thing you know there won't be East Asian wait staff. read more

My most recent order the portion size was smaller than it usually is, which really sucks when you pay a little extra to upgrade the meat. I can only rate this on the New Years dine in special for $30, they had a collaboration with Too Thai, which I heard ended up buying this restaurant, same owner in the future. Interior design was fantastic, the buffet was set up beautifully. Food was good, could have been warmer but it is what it is for buffet. There wasn't much meat selection, kind of a let down for $30, this should have been $20 there was only one sea food dish, minimal beef and chicken. Mostly vegetarian food. It was a good experience being able to eat all the items for a flat rate fee. They should have this more often but lower the price. read more

Love this spot! I've tried several dishes, and every meal is bursting with flavor. The variety on the menu is impressive, and everything I've ordered has been perfectly cooked. One of my favorite things is that they have a boba shop attached, so I can enjoy a boba with my meal. I eat here at least once a week, and it never disappoints. I have been going to this restaurant for years and what I have noticed is that the quality and qty of the food you get varies based on whether you eat at the restaurant or order for pick up. If you eat at the restaurant, you ll get much better and much more food than when you order for pick up. I very often get the green curry with seafood for pick up but what I got this week was bad: my bowl of seafood curry was half empty and the food tasted funny like if it had been sitting out for a while. My last two orders were disappointing. On this last one, they burned my shrimp egg rolls, didn't put my extra stuff that I paid for in my order. The order before that, they completed left off my rice and refunded me $2 that I paid for extras, I guess screw the refund for the actual rice.
