She had many opportunities to improve on nail tech skills as well as correcting safety hygiene issues, but she did not fix it, rather she makes excuses for it. Today, I had my underarms waxed. She kept re-waxing more than 3x in the area. She would not stop after I told her that I was hurting. Now, it is raw to the touch, infected, inflamed, and it hurts too much to sleep. I have a banquet to attend in a few days and I can't wear a sleeveless dress because she ruined my underarms. DO NOT GO TO WENDY. I've never met a more stupid beauty technician.

She clipped one toe and I am still recovering. The pedicure was average and not done with care. The prices have increased dramatically and the service does not reflect this change. After paying and tipping the manicurist, when my nails were drying, one of the woman came over to tell me I owed another five dollars for "special" polish which was never mentioned when I picked it out. It was mortifying. My friend, to whom, I recommended this place, said she had never seen such shoddy work or service. Another woman told us our nails were dry. She put plastic over my feet, but my two large nails were ruined. I would never consider going back to have them fixed or ever consider visiting this salon again. My friend was even more outraged than I was at their poor service and rudeness.

It says "motion picture" money. The lady was trying to be sneaky on me. This will not be the last they hear from me unfortunately for them. Disappointed and disgusted.
