I was then told I could be charged half the service fee. Policies should work both ways. I understand schedules matter, but canceling a regular client who calls ahead, while the salon itself frequently runs behind, feels unfair and unprofessional. In addition, interactions with staff have often felt dismissive and unwelcoming, which made this experience the final straw.
