Be careful with this place. I went yesterday (on Friday). I never get pedicures anymore because it's hard to get a babysitter. Everything was going ok until the very end. My bill was 58$ for the spa pedicure. I gave the lady a 20$ bill and said just give me 5$ back for a tip. So that's a 15$ tip. When she gave me the 5$, she had it folded and handed it a little weird to be but I didn't think to much of it. Then when I went into my wallet the next day I realized it was fake money. It says "motion picture" money. The lady was trying to be sneaky on me. This will not be the last they hear from me unfortunately for them. Disappointed and disgusted. If it was an accident i wouldn't be upset. But it was definitely intentional. PLEASE watch your money. Actually just go to a different place. read more

I made an appointment for a $65 gel refill and while doing my nails they said it will be $80 because I didn't have much gel left on my nails. They said a new set is $90 but they would fix my nails for $80 since it's more work to fix than just a refill. They didn't do anything different than what a refill does. She said thicker gel on nail. I spoke to the manager and he told me that if I don't come every 3 weeks they charge more money since there is more nail growth. It was 3 weeks and a few days. Then I asked how much to just remove it and they said $20! They just told me there wasn't much gel on my nails, that it's basically my real nail, but to take it off it's $20. I ended up paying $75. I will not be going back. I don't think they are honest about their pricing. They also charge extra for credit card. read more

Charged 20 for gel removal. There isn't anywhere else in this area or NYC that charges that much. I think they just mad up the price. They didn't even get all of the gel off my nails and when I went to pay the women said how much tip on the card. With all due respect tipping in a 5 minute gel removal that already was over priced at 20$ is a bit insane. Dip nails and 3 cuts on my fingers. I had my nails done with Judy (I believe was her name). I left with 3 cuts around my cuticles. She scrubbed aggressively with the buffing block. I have 3 fingers that are still burning. She rushed the entire time. Kept brushing every instrument very quickly and aggressively. Plus, she kept giggling at everything I said in a condescending way. The good part about this place is the ambiance. Certain nail techs are good, but she was awful. Make sure to steer clear of her if you go, unless you want a rushed job and cut up fingers. The other negative issue about this place, is they are rude if you just want a regular manicure or regular pedicure. They only want your business if you are getting gel, dip, or spa pedicure, or any of the services that costs the most. read more

I went in to get a mani and pedi with my granddaughter. I had nail wraps on my nails. I had to show them how to place the nail polish on the wrap for a minute to soak the wrap off. The front desk lady was rude. She pulled out her Dremel and sanded off the wrap and the glue. This left my natural nails in horrible shape. I asked her to stop, and she continued. As you can see from the photo attached, she caused divots in my nail beds. My nails were sore for days. My granddaughter, who is 6, was getting a mani and pedi as well. When I was finished, I was moved to the manicure station, and I was told to leave my granddaughter at the pedi chairs. I could not see her, so I had to ask several times for my granddaughter to be moved next to me. A bad review can ruin a business, so I waited a week to post this until I was sure I should. I went to get a manicure on Mother's Day. There were big signs in the window stating 20% off. As you walk in there was a life sized poster saying 20% off gift cards, use it on yourself. As I sat down, a small sign said 20% off 47 dollar minimum. I asked to buy a manicure pedicture and a few manicures via gift card. I was informed that only manicure pedicures were allowed, manicures did not qualify and that I couldn't use it that day. How deceitful. So I paid full price for a manicure and purchased a future gift card. The manicure was ok, but this is no way to do business. read more

While this business promotes itself as "new management" it seems as if the practices are similar to the old - focused primarily on the dollar in front of them instead of valuing all their clients. I arrived for my scheduled appointment to only be pushed towards someone else as another customer decided to add another service to theirs. Their solution - go to someone else. I am a customer that values the craft and service of a technician and that wasn't an option. What's the point of making appointments if management doesn't know how to manage them? read more

I have been a customer at Noblesse for the past 10 years and have always had the best customer service. Regardless of the kind of service I have, manicure, pedicure, facial, body massages, waxing, or eyebrow braiding/tinting, the results are excellent. Recently I had the best proof of their professionalism and integrity. I had forgotten my diamond engagement and wedding rings there at my last manicure visit and did not notice till 11 days later. Talk about aging and being forgetful! No one's fault but my own! I had dried my nails at the station I had the manicure as my specialist moved on to a different client at a different station and I went straight for my back rub from there. I returned 11 days later and they had my rings safely stored. I am so grateful for their care and accountability. I will be forever their client as long as I am in Scarsdale! read more

Long time customer here. Everyone is very nice and extremely proficient in all accepts of doing nails. However, they hired a woman Kim to solely do massages now. Although she's pretty good at it she is very rude. Never says thank you even if tip is generous. She seems ungrateful for some reason. Sadly other customers feel the same way about her as well. this review is for the white plains spa....worst pedicure ever. because I wanted a regular pedicure, $32 not one of the spa predicate at $70+, I was rushed through the process. less than 15 minutes...fastest pedicure ever. Super Rude! Manager at the new White Plains location was horrible. Waited 45 minutes before receiving service even though I had an appointment. All she did was bark, "SIT DOWN!" When I was offered a pedicure chair, she sprayed something on the seat and told me to sit on the wet chair with whatever it was visible on the seat. When I asked her to wipe it off, she told me to leave and go somewhere else and refused service. Absolutely outrageous! A nail tech offered to take me having seen this and she was very polite and did a nice job. But seriously?!! I was a little hesitant to try this place based on the low rating but when I realized it was just a couple of critical reviews, I figured I'd give it a shot, and I'm so glad I did! I wanted to be sure to leave a review (I always forget), because this place truly doesn't deserve such a low rating (2.5 stars at the time I'm writing this). I came in on a rainy Friday night without an appt and they took me right away. This place is big, spacious, and clean, so I can't imagine waiting long even if there were more people there. New comfortable spa chairs, all staff is masked, and they use gloves, sterilized equipment, etc. I opted for a cucumber spa pedicure for $55 and it was so relaxing. Hannah did a great job, made sure the bottoms of my feet were smooth, and applied polish nicely. Someone else came by shortly after I sat down to ask if I wanted water or tea. I had a few minutes to spare before I needed to pick up my kid, so I asked for a 10 min chair massage while my polish was drying. Ray (or maybe Roy?) gave me a fantastic, firm massage, and I'm sorry I couldn't add more time but I had to run. They also have a 20% off gift card promo right now (ie get $100 for $80) and I bought it on the spot. I'll definitely be back, for nails and massage. Staff was courteous, vibe was calm. I'm so glad I didn't listen to the few negative reviews. Definitely worth checking out. read more
