Rather than leaving me to figure it out on my own, he walked me through all of his troubleshooting step by step so I could relay it to the technician when getting retested. He followed up consistently throughout the whole ordeal and genuinely expressed concern that I was without gas. I passed the retest, and I truly believe his guidance played a big part in that. Then they said there was tree root discovered in the line. They quoted $13,000 more to resolve it. There were no options provided for hydrojetting and a liner. We do not know anything about plumbing, so we did not question the additional cost. We had to trust the techs providing the service. We requested a refund and the company offered $4,000.00. We feel that given the cost, we are warranted a higher refund. The company refused. Although the owner states that options were given to my mother, they were not. I, (daughter), was there at the time of the tech's explanation of the work and so was my cousin. The tech spoke to my mother in Spanish, my cousin speaks and understands Spanish, and she also stands firm that no options were given to my mother regarding the option of hydrojetting and liner. If there were options my mother would have chosen the lesser cost. We are very upset with the dishonesty of this company. So, make sure you research costs of other plumbing companies before using this one.

I scheduled a maintenance service at my home while my tenants were there, and everything seemed smooth with initial communication and visit start. City Wide arrived, spoke to one of my tenants, explained they had to replace the air filter (a K&N reusable one that her husband had bought), and then proceeded to do their work independently. When they were done I was told they left from where they were in the backyard and never provided notice of their departure. Come to find out, the air filter vent in the home has non-standard dimensions, so my tenant's husband said they shoved a new air filter in there and it looked very shoddy indeed. After calling and expressing my dissatisfaction, I felt only then was I given a narrative for what had happened. My impression was, they didn't think it's something that would be noticed or needed explanation, and that is cause for concern. They did come back and fix the problem, this time with my sister supervising the visit. Happy to say, they did educate her on what they were doing and fitted a new filter to the vent. They also did a very good job cleaning the outside unit during the first visit, for which I was grateful.
