I have been looking for a new nail place on the westside that had all the little details and this place did not disappoint! Let me start with the price, $30 gel manicure and $30 basic pedicure. Pedicure came with a sugar scrub and lotion with hot towels. The massage was good and about 5 Minutes! The manicure included a hot wax hand dip at the end that left me hydrated and soft! A lot of complaints I'm seeing is waiting too long and although they do accept walk ins appointments come first (as with any business I'm assuming). READ BEFORE GOING! Look at the photos.. they do awful work. The nails are lumpy, different directions and look horrendous. This was a mistake. Go somewhere else. First time here, and will be my last. When I called to get them fixed/refunded, they were absolutely no help "we are busy now, bye". FYI the lady who did my nails was also very rough with me. I had to say "ouch" for her to stop. She also bent my wrist in a weird direction which also hurt. (RED FLAGS) Update: Had to go to another nail salon to get fixed. Paid over $100 for this because I had to do it twice. I've been going there for about 3 years to get acrylic toe nails. it's always been $30 for a basic pedicure, +$10 for gel, +$5 (each toe you want acrylic), +$5 for French tip. I ended up getting the lady that speaks no english( I don't mind) the lady told her what I wanted and showed her a inspo pic (super simple square French tip toes) The lady tried doing clear under my French tip so I would still be able to see the acrylic powder. I asked her to put a color under the French. She shook her head, yes and proceeded to do clear then the lady next to her to translate to her that I wanted to color under the French, and my lady was clearly mad she had already did clear. then she put a coat of light pink, which is still kind of see-through. She asked me if I liked it. I said yes can you add one more coat? she said yes proceed to the polish for the French and then I told the lady next to her can you tell her to do one more coat and then once again my lady complained in her language. For the past three or four years the massage has always been included in the basic pedicure just super horrible service super horrible pricing ridiculous for that if it's going to be $99 it should look like $99. I have pictures too there's about 3 air bubbles in the big toe and it looks super patchy and clumpy!! I should've just stuck with MONICA that I was go to next time I won't get a pedicure if it's going to be $30 for a pedicure and then $60 for a NEW SET and my lady couldnt Even do something so simple! read more

I came to this establishmentent to get a manicure and a rebase. The rebase was subpar and my pedicure was bad. She left old nail polish on my toes and just painted over it. These nail shops are getting extremely lazy. Remove all of the old polish before you repolish. That seems like a basic requirement that they should already be doing. I got my mom a pedicure and her's was just as poor. Chunky polish that was too thick. She had to file her toenail herself because the lady was doing such a horrible job and got an attitude when she asked her to fix it. I will never return to this establishment ever again. read more

Very good at what they do. They make sure they only talk with the costumer instead of with themselves. They said my wait would be 40 minutes but I only waited 5. Very surprised on that. I have been coming here for years and never did a review?? They have a ton of pedi chairs as well as nail stations. They also offer waxing- but I've never used them for that. Everyone is always helpful and very nice. Love the fairies painted on the wall in the pedi room. Tons of colors and they don't push designs or gel unless you ask about them. read more

I came in on a Saturday mid day without an appointment for a mani and pedi. They were busy too, I had called before coming in to ask if I could just walk in. I sat with my feet soaking for awhile before anyone came, I didn't mind since I was a walk in. I opted for regular polish instead of gel, my toe polish came out a lot better than my nails. My nails aren't shaped well or buffed to allow polish to look smooth. The hand I install started a mani at home looks a lot better than the one hand "professionally" done. I suppose if you have an appointment, services might be worth it. Needless to say, I won't be returning and continue to look for another place to pamper my hands and feet. I paid about $48 total with $10 tip. I'm new to the are so not sure what the average cost for mani/pedi is. read more

That place was horrible, their customer services was bad a the job was bad too. they used old polish on me and you can even see back stuff on there, they didn't my dose right a left sharp edges that hurt, I got a French pedicure and all the lines are crooked. when they were filing my toes they would purposely get my skin and hurt me and because of how dirty it was I developed fungus on one of my toes, on my hands I asked for a simple top coat and clean up my cuticles. They would clip my skin and hurt and they only put one layer of top coat which didn't even come out right. they had left it bumpy. This the last owners left the place went done everyone is rude and unprofessional. I really don't recommend going there at all. read more

I felt compelled to write this review because my experience was really bad at Top Care Nails. I went in there with a friend who had highly recommended the place, but had not been there for several months. When we walked in the place it was not busy, and there was no one in the pedicure room. The woman I was assigned seemed less than thrilled to be doing a pedicure, and she didn't speak to me at all (no big deal). This is where things got really bad however. The water was scalding hot and instantly burned my feet. The lady begrudgingly added some cold water to it when I said something. The woman was then very rough with me, and used a very sharp tool to gouge my cuticles away (the small nail pliers that are often used to cut in-grown nails). She then proceeded to cut me twice, and actually hurt me about 4 times in total, while she rushed through the pedicure. This has never happened to me before! There were no apologies when I spoke up either - just glares, grunts, and silence from her. The foot and calf massage was virtually non-existent, and was so light and quick that it left globs of lotion on my feet and legs. I had to ask for a paper towel to wipe it off because it would have stained my jeans. At this point, I just wanted out of there, but still needed polish on my toes. The polish application was pretty sloppy as well, and I had polish on the tops of my toes and on the sides of my nails that were pretty noticeable. In total, both pedicures lasted about 15 minutes, the quickest ones we've ever had. They normally last between 30 to 60 minutes at every other place I've ever been to. I was kind of in shock about how bad the experience actually was, that we both just wanted to get out of there and enjoy the rest of our day together. Plus, my big toe was sore and bleeding, and my feet really stung. On top of it all, they charged us full price for this awful pedicure! I was not able to address my complaints to the manager because my friend hurriedly paid our bill because she just wanted to leave so badly. I really recommend skipping this place, as there are so many other great nail places in town. No one needs to spend their hard-earned money for a pedicure/service this awful, especially with so many other options available in town. read more
