I ordered a Topcat's Special Pizza ( Sausage,mush,onion,green pepper) and it was very delicious. My friend ordered a Topcat Burger(Swiss cheese,grilled onion,bacon,chipotle and bbq sauce) and she said it was amazing. Our server was Shala, who was very nice and friendly and did a great job. Disgusting- Their "cheese" sauce is flour, milk and butter. The blandest food I have put in my mouth. I could go on, but I'll leave it at avoid at all costs. If you're starving, it will fill a hole but you won't taste anything. read more

I hadn't been here before and definitely won't be back. Our reservations weren't written down so we waited a long time to be seated. The service was super slow and we never did a few of the items that we ordered. They charged me $3.25 for a kid-sized milk that didn't even come with refills and $1.50 for a side of cheese sauce for my fries. The food was bland and the fries were dry and burned. I can only comment on the food we actually ordered. Just as with another review, there was a very long wait for pizza as, it would seem, everyone in the place ordered pizza. We also got the " there is only so much room in the oven" excuse. So, we ordered an Italian beef ponyshoe and an order of spaghetti. The beef tasted like a pot roast that was boiled in plain water without any seasoning, the cheese was basically flavorless and well the fries were plain old crinkle cut fries. Best thing on the plate. Now, as for the spaghetti, you have to consider that I have never seen my wife meet spaghetti she didn't like. She'll even eat some nasty ol' Chef Boyardee. She said that this spaghetti was gross. Tasted like plain tomato paste. We also had two sodas. Basically it was a waste of $24 w/tip. Apparently, pizza must be the thing at Top Cats. If you don't mind waiting a half hour plus. We won't take the chance to go back and get pizza though as we don't want to possibly waste any more money. read more

I don't usually leave feedback, but we ate here yesterday and the food was awesome and so was the staff. We had pizza and a few in our party had horseshoes. All our food was hot and delicious. Really good pizza. If you've never had a horseshoe before, you have to try one here. The cheese sauce is real good. Will definitely return. read more

I think the owner is very rude, unprofessional and unorganized. I have to tell the whole story for you to understand. I went in around February and ate. While I was there I talked to a waitress about renting the room for a baby shower. She said I would have to speak to another lady. I went up to the bar and a lady came up and ask if I was the person wanting to rent the room. At that time she told me I would have to pay $150.00 dollars down but if I didn't cancel my party I would get that money back the day of the party. She said they had people that would rent the room and then at the last minute they would cancel so they lost money. They were busy so she asked what I was renting the room for and how many people were going to be in my party. I told her it was for a baby shower and there would be 20-30 people. She put my name down on the calender for that day and told me to just pay her the next time I came in because they were busy. I ate there pretty frequently. A couple of weeks later I went in to pay for the room. After I paid for the room to that same lady that I had spoken to the last time when I put my name in for the room,she asked me if I knew that I wouldn't be getting my deposit back. I told her no and that the last time I was there they said I would get that back if I didn't cancel. I told her it was ok that I had planned on spending that money on appetizers anyway. A couple of days before my party in May, I got a call from some one at Top Cats to confirm the party. She asked me I had been told that I would have to pay them the $150 for the room and pay $1.99 for each person in my party for a drink. At that time I told her no that I hadn't agreed to that and all they were getting from me was $150.00 and that I would spend all of that on the appetizers and people were going to be responsible for their own drinks. Then she said something about them taking the $1.99 out of the $150.00. Again I told her that wasn't what I agreed to and I was only paying the $150.00 for the appetizers and that was all they were going to get from me. The day of my party I called to see when we were going to be able to come in and set up for the party. A guy had answered the phone and he told me that he didn't think I was getting the party room. I told him that yes I was suppose to have the party room. He said he would have to contact his wife. At that time I asked him if he was the manager and he told me he was the owner. I told him that I was unhappy with all the changes they had made since I had rented the room. He told me that I didn't understand and that they would have people come in and use the room and then not spend any money there so they had to change it. I told him that I ate there all the time and that I had planned on using the $150 for appetizers. He said for me to call him back in a few minutes and he would let me know if I was suppose to be getting the party room. I called him back about 20-30 minutes later and he told me that I was getting the party room and to come set up any time. We got there and started setting up and a waitress came in to the room and handed me the phone. I had no idea what was going on. I said hello and the first words out of the owners mouth on the phone was you are NOT suppose to have punch. I told him it was a baby shower and that you have punch at a baby shower. He told me he knew his wife didn't tell me I could have punch there. I told him his wife didn't tell me I COULDN'T have punch and again that it was a baby shower and you have punch at a baby shower. He told me that this was an establishment and that they sell drinks and I couldn't have punch. I told him with a few extra words in there that is was a baby shower and that U have punch at a baby shower with the cake. He told me if I would have had to check around for a room that I would have found out that rooms are way more expensive than his party room. I told him that if I would have known how the story was going to change each time I talked to one of them I wouldn't have minded to pay more money for a room. I told him my party had been buying drinks and will continue to buy drinks. He said he was about 2 minutes from there and I said that's fine. He said that there was some kind of misunderstanding and they would make sure that didn't happen again. A little while later the waitress came in and ask if we were going to be needing plates for our appetizers and I told her yes. They would not even let us use the plates that they usually give for the appetizers that I had BOUGHT there! The waitress brought in a few small plates that some one had used before and left there and we had to go buy some plates at walmart for us to eat the appetizers. You can't just keep changing things AFTER some one makes an agreement! I will never spend my money there again and I have told all of my friends about it. I hope people read this story and stop going in there so he loses his ass! You don't be that way to paying customers! read more
