I have been using TopClean's services for my one bedroom in NYC for over a year now, and I have nothing but praises for the quality and efficiency of the cleaning services provided. I have tried several cleaning services based in NY, but TopClean is the best, especially because my usual cleaner (Kate) is beyond wonderful. I like to focus the cleaning on the bathroom and kitchen, but I can tell that all spaces have been thoroughly cleaned. The factor that keeps me coming back to TopClean is that I trust my cleaner. With past cleaning services, I was never able to find one where I felt comfortable leaving the cleaner to his/her job. I am so lucky that I stumbled across this great company! I was panicking b/c my apartment was a mess and I was moving out. I called them and they were able to get someone out in less than 24 hours! They stuck their original quote and there weren't any hidden fees or anything. Maid did such an amazing job cleaning from top to bottom, she was polite and friendly too. They even gave me tips to help keep my place clean in the future. The owners followed up with me the day of and the day after to make sure everything was satisfactory. As the 5 star rating indicates, my experience with Kate's TopClean service is "as good as it gets." We have a 2100 sq. ft coop apartment in NYC which we do not live in full time. After each visit, we ask Kate to schedule our apartment for cleaning, which she does. Her services are prompt and thorough. Each time we return to NYC the apartment is immaculate. In addition, she is honest and trustworthy. We ask the Doorman to let her in and we leave a check for her on the counter. I only wish her services were available in Texas and California where we also have residences! read more

I have two dogs and it can be much sometimes. I can deal with the scratches, but the hair and stains can be too much to handle at times.
