My wife goes here often bringing our daughters and granddaughters. Some of the girls are better than others and she's been going there long enough that she knows who she wants. They now have a new policy that if you request someone you happen to like, they charge you extra. She has decided she's not going to pay extra to get the girl she wants so it's time to move on. read more

Visited this nail salon because it was the only one in a 20 minute radius which was open on Sunday's. (Hours posted on apple maps is incorrect and had to call to confirm) Upon entry all visible staff was working and one asked what I was hoping to get done. I asked for a manicure menu, they didn't have it and proceeded to tell me the prices. $55 for a full set, $70? for liquid gel, and $37 for regular gel. All reasonable prices, so I sat and begun the service. Overall the nail prepping process went well. The employees had a heated discussion about who's turn it was to do the next customer's nails in Spanish, which I didn't mind personally but I could understand how it might impact what's supposed to be a relaxing service. It wasn't until we started selecting colors that any actual issues arose. I'm a relatively picky person when it comes to my nail color and I spent the 35+ minutes of prepping selecting the polish color. When it was time to apply the nail polish I chose it looked nothing like the color of the example nails. I told the artist I didn't like the color and she changed it without issue. She asked what polish she should use instead and I chose 3 alternatives. (I'll add that they were all semi glitter/iridescent polish's which might impact the color?) We tried all 3 and EVERY SINGLE COLOR looked DRASTICALLY different from the example. Whether that's lighter, darker, or a few hues off. (Now this isn't that big of an issue if your not selective about what color you wear, but for 4/4 colors to not match the example is unheard of. It's like the polish's were distant cousins of the source. And if that's the case there should be a disclaimer or something!) There was a line forming and it was approaching 2:30 so I just let her use one of the colors I selected that she had at her desk. Still not sure if I should've asked her to change until I was satisfied but the vibe I was getting seemed like she just wanted to finish the set. Had to stop pedicure appointment. Got cut bad and needed to go home to sanitize to make sure i dont get infection. They apologized but still not happy. Sucks because i liked this place. read more

I've been to this busy nail salon numerous times and have been happy with the service. Today I came for a pedi and gel polish. After the leg massages and nail care the worker simply packed up her stuff and went to another customer 8 seats away and started another pedi. I asked the closest person who was going to paint my nails? She said when someone was finished with their customer (who came in 30 minutes after me) then they would do my nails. No one communicated any of this to me. They are so busy that they don't worry about customer service. I will not return to this store. read more

Went for a liquid gel fill, the guy that did it was not good. My nails are different shapes and thick in some spots and thin in others. Polish was all over my skin and there were sharp spots. He was very rough with my fingers and squeezed way too hard. While pushing my cuticles with his own nails it caused pain that I vocalized and he continued to do it even after saying "ow that hurts". The fill doesn't even look like I got a fill and will have to get it done very soon again. He also never said a word to me the entire time there read more

My family and I came in to get four pedicures (small part of celebration of my upcoming birthday). They seated us together, and three out of four of us got started on, and I was waiting to get someone start on my pedicure for about 20 minutes. Finally, a young lady came and started on my pedicure. The second disappointing part was that my service did not include everything that the package listed. All of us requested the same type of pedicure service of the same price. My specific pedicure was missing leg/foot massage, shoulder massage, scrub and cuticle removal. Even though I got started on at least 20 minutes later, I was the first one that got done. No timer was used during my service. It is disappointing, and I urge the management to address it. read more

They have enough people there that are bi lingual to help , that no one should have and issue. They all take pride in their work and always take thier time. I always have a good experience at Top Coat! I love that you do not need an appointment, but they do take request for the nail technicians. My gel fill,pedicure, and eye brows always exceed my expectations. Lee,Hang,Michelle, and Lazaria are amazing at what they do! Warning! Definitely NOT getting what you're paying for. They work on commission therefore they RUSH. You get half azz jobs! Look at the menu. They put nothing in the water when your feet are being soaked. Watch the products they use too. They have tons of employees and most do a crappy job. I'm sure most don't have a license or certification to work there either. I gave this place more than enough chances to do the right thing being they are so close to where I live. I'm sooo done. I'll never give them a dollar. They need to step up and hold their employees accountable. Go else where. Maybe if these nail salons start losing enough business they'll make sure they do the right thing. Also not all of their stuff is sanitary. Pay attention. Don't let them get away with it. You're paying HIGH PRICES for a very cheap service. read more

I went to top coat for an acrylic fill which base price was 45$. I ended up paying 60$, not including tip for the nails I got. While I thought my technician, Alejandra, did great but paying over 60$ for a fill is pretty expensive. Besides the price Alejandra was good and did her best to give me what I asked for. They didn't have the exact type of sliver glitter I wanted from the picture, which I found surprising. She found one that was similar and moved on. She also charged my two 7$ design fees for my nails. I am not sure if that is super reasonable or not but for that fee price I think the designs could be cleaner. Finally I was there for around an hour and forty minutes which felt kinda long for a fill but she was very detailed when it came to shaping my nails and was even able to fix a chip I had in one of them. Overall it was nice there is many technicians and the salon looks very nice. Everyone was nice and helpful. The experience was nice but I am not sure I would return just due to the price points. read more

My husband and I had pedicures today and it was an awful experience. First most of the employees are Latino who speak little to no English thus making communication impossible. Second they used the same mail tools on client after client without cleaning setting clients up for infections and other issues. Third asked for one service but got something totally different. Owner made excuses saying his employees were new to US and can't speak very much English and we should cut them and him some slack. Never again. read more
