Two of my nails are crooked- when I tried telling the lady about my thumb (the nail was lifted up - the acrylic part) she basically thought I was making it up and got upset that she had to fix it. If I could give 0 stars I would. I hope the young entitled brat of a boy they have working for them has been let go. I've never been more embarrassed and angry EVER with a business. Maybe he's a relative or something but he's killing there business. He hurt me when filing my nails and got angry with me when I asked him nicely to ease up. Finally the 4 th time I had to say something I just got up and left. I told him I'm done being his punching bag for whatever is eating at him and left. Of course I told the front desk but I never got a call from any one. I had been going there for a while and this boy had done my nails once before. Soooo this place is horrible, the customer service is beyond ridiculous. The workmanship and quality of the work is sub par at best. The French tip nails were redone 3 times!!!! How hard is it to fix the nails that you Messed up..... I have never been to a nail salon that treated me so poorly. Us as customers should be treated with the same respect with give the person doing the nails. That was just not the case here today. Love, love, love this place! Clean, bright, and welcoming upon entering the Spa. I'm happy with the results every time I go and I've been going there for about 3 years. Jimmy is the young man I always book with. He's not only great at what he does, but we talk & laugh a lot too. I'm certain all the nail techs are great in this top notch Salon in a great location. First time here. So quick and easy. I called like 3 minutes before opening and they told me when was the best time to go in. I went in and sat for like 5 minutes at most. Jimmy did my nails. He is amazing! So quick! Absolutely beautiful. My nails were square and I love the almond look and he made it happen on my natural nails. First, I called at 10 to reschedule my appointment, and they said they didn't even have an appointment for me anywhere in their books. I rescheduled for later that day and came in. I waited nearly 30 minutes for someone to finally come help. After being asked by 3 people, someone did my nails. He did different color than I had asked for, but was moving so quick to just get me done with, he didn't even check with me to see if it was the color i wanted. He cut them very short, also not running by me. I could tell he was trying to get me done. He didn't check to make sure both nails on each hand were equal and my left is much shorter then the right. My appointment was for a mani, pedi, and eyebrow waxing. He asked after my mani if i was done, which i explained all my "appointment" was for. This was apparent they still didn't put me in the books. He told me he had a different appointment coming in so I'd have to wait on the pedi. After waiting 30 mins for my own appointment? That they forgot about? Then I realized there wasn't an appointment coming in, I didn't see him help anyone else for over 30 mins... less time than my pedicure. I didn't bother even asking to finish my appointment for the eyebrow waxing. I will not be coming back here. I didn't feel like welcomed and hate I spent the money I did. Will be going across the street to loyalty nails, where they have never disappointed. Only reason I came here was because I had a gift card, that apparently expires after 6 months. Since when do gift cards do that?? While sitting here another young lady came in and said she had an appointment "they didn't have". she said she called and scheduled and asked if the number she called was theirs which they said yes. They need a lot of work all around. They are losing customers just because of their irresponsibility. I ended up going back to get it fixed, where the man had an attitude the whole time and would interrupt me to defend himself whenever I was trying to explain what was wrong. My daughter and I come here and see Van. He is very fast and very good; we are usually in and out within an hour to an hour and a half for both of us to get fill ins and designs. We only go once a month and even then we could probably get by with another week if needed. We have only dealt with him since going there (5 times) so I can not speak for the others but he is very down to earth and always willing to go above and beyond. read more

First time coming, and I really wanted to love this spot, but I cant say that I did. I came here for a fill in and design. And I ended up going to another place just 3 days later and having my nails completely re filed, re shaped and re done. I believe the lady who did my nails name was Quinn. she was extremely sweet and creative and good at design. But unfortunately my nails were shaped bumpy, too wide, and the paint stokes were not even and some missing spots. I am pretty vocal about what I want and stating when things aren't how I want them. And she did try to fix it, but I also know when to give up. We were going on one hour on fill in and 2 nail designs and I still had a pedicure to do. The pedicure came out nicely but was done by another tech. I was referred here by someone who comes here regularly and she says there are other good nail techs. I may give it another try in the future. If so Ill update review. read more

My pedi was ok but my gel mani is horrid. I had a dark pink color and the next day it turned into a streaky yellow...right before Christmas no less. I called twice and they weren't very helpful at remedying the situation. I'm so disappointed. read more

These people don't care if you have an appointment or not- you will wait while they talk to each other, they argue with you on their rules for getting a discount, they are over priced and do not do a great job. all I can say is... Now I understand why they have a 2.5 rating. I started coming to this place because my nail tech went back home for an extended visit. I got a young man by chance my first time here and he did a pretty good job. My next appointment, scheduled by the way, I showed up and he showed up 30 minutes later. I came in today for an appointment to find out that he was not working at all today and he did not take my number so no one could call me to let me know. I had a conversation with another young gentleman who said he could do my nails. He had a bit of an attitude not sure why and my daughter and I had a conversation about just leaving right then and there but she actually really likes her guy and he was there so she sat to get her nails done and so did I or at least I started too. I told the gentleman that the guy who did me last time was going to take my nails off and start over because there are a lot of lines in my nails that I didn't like from a previous Nail tech . So he began filing and using this thin little tool to slide under my nail to pry away the acrylic from my nail. It was uncomfortable, but tolerable, so I stuck it out until he started to twist the tool and it hurt. I told him it was hurting me and asked him not to twist the tool to pry the nail, rather slide it and cut it to get it off if this is how he had to do it. I told him once then twice and then finally the third time I said look, it is hurting me please just slide and cut. Then he said he had to twist it to create a pocket and I said no you Don't! you can slide the tool and cut away the lifted acrylic. You don't have to twist it. It hurts me when you do that so he slid the tool aggressively to remove the nail all in one shot and that really hurt and at that moment I stood up and said now you're just being an asshole. I'm done here. and I left with my nails on one hand in shambles. Oh well, that's my problem and that's my story. I'm not a difficult client and I'm regular AND a good tipper having been in the beauty industry myself for 40 years.. I just liked the quieter vibe at this establishment. I now know why it's so quiet there. I think the girls that work here are probably good and nice but so far I've NOT had good luck with the boys. Sadly I will not be giving anyone else a chance here. Never going back. Charged extra for gel polish which is expected. But to charge extra just because it's mood polish is beyond me. So I thought I'd try this place being that it was close to my house . And they opened earlier than most nail salons . Front desk told me to wait 10 mins and he'd let me know if I could be seen . I waited and then was waiting for about 40 mins . No problem . I get in the chair and show the shape and length i wanted . Picture and all , tells me he can do it . ( gentlemen with semi long hair & in teal scrubs ) . I had to remind him twice that the shape was not looking like what I had requested or showed him . He then kept telling me that he did my nails as I asked for . Which clearly isn't true just by looking at them . He continues to reshape my right hand & calls over a coworker to basically tell me I'm asking for coffin . The picture is thing square as seen in the attacked photos . He then throws his filer on the desk , gets up and tells me " he can't do it " and walks away . I ask him to at least finish shaping my other hand and he proceeds to tell me " bo he can't do it " not one of the other employees step in the help or say anything . So I left with both my hands un done / differently shape. The worst experience iv EVER had at a nail salon . I will never recommend to go to that gentle men . Oh and he also asked me if I was Mexican because I'm Latina . Which did not sit well with me. read more
